This watch is pretty good at doing basic things such as tracking steps and heart rate. The basic interface is really clunky though and it takes some study time to figure it out. It’s light and tough and the battery lasts about two weeks depending on what you are asking it to do. If you are looking for a robust watch with basic features then this is a great one.

It looks great and has great battery life but this watch is liken more to an old Casio in screen with smart features that require constant phone use to interface with. I can't read my messages easily, can't answer the phone on it, or easily see or read anything. If you are looking for simple and rugged then this might be a good choice but not for someone looking for features. Also extremely inaccurate with steps and sleep recording. Returning.
