I primarily use it for hiking. As most wrist monitors are not dependable for heart rate monitoring I have to say neither is the Garmin. Overall a solid product.

However after about a year it stopped being able to track runs, which is a huge bummer. If I can find a way to solve that it definitely deserves 5 stars.
