Got this for my dad and he’s a huge stats freak, after each run/walk session there’s pages and pages of stats and just the regular full day stats are amazing. App on the phone is a little confusing at first and it definitely takes about 20-30 minutes to get used to the button functions On the watch. Amazing watch though and tracking

I like it. Easy to use and is super durable. Battery lasts a ridiculous long time. I had it lock up on my once, but hasn't happened since. Other than that, i'm super happy with it.

I have had a lot of watches and this is my favorite of them all. Worth the price totally satisfied. Got on sale for $250.00 and the two year BB warranty for no worries. Learning curve is small but make sure to customize the watch for best experience. One thing to remember if you turn on gesture and it doesn't turn on when you want is to check App for time set on do not disturb that did kinda throw me for a loop but other than that no real thought had to go into setup. Battery life is excellent! Good job Garmin on this watch.

So far the watch works very well and battery life is much better than expected. My only complaint is a somewhat difficult to use users manual. The one with the watch is not good at all, fortunately the Garmin website has a much better version. The watch also works very wells with the Garmin app. The pulse reader is also better than expected.

Easy to read! So light in weight I forget it’s on my arm. The battery lasts for days and days and days....

Solid Garmin product. Great for hiking, swimming, and other fitness activities. Heart monitor built in. Single charge lasts for several days with normal use. The manual was a little hard to understand, but there are several good youtube videos on how to personalize the watch to your activities.

This watch does everything-heart rate, GPS, date, steps, etc. And it connects to the Garmin app on my phone. Love it.

Bought them because I wanted something inbetween smart watches that last like 2 days on battery and an old school digital watch, have been using these watch for close to a year now and have been really enjoying them, of course it lack many of the smart features but it is very great for monitoring steps, reading quick messages, as well as some other stuff like activities, weather, etc. The fact that batttery lasts from 6-10 days is also very great.

I got this watch for my husband since he has trouble seeing the date and day on his regular watch. It is perfect for him. It holds the charge for days. Very easy to operate.

My son loved the watch, durable, doesn't really get wet from the sweat.. He loves the look of it, the round face, he figured out he can control the volume, the next song and display on his phone..

Overall the Garmin Instinct is a great watch. Durable, comfortable and easy to navigate. Speaking of navigation, it's one of the sweetest features of the watch for outdoor activities along with the compass. The only thing I'm having a problem with is the sleep option. The watch has you designate a timeframe for sleep rather than turning the function on or off. I work 12 hour nights and rotate so I have to continuously reprogram the timeframe for when I sleep. So my sleep data is a bit skewed... Otherwise I highly recommend the Garmin Instinct.

I think this watch is for a niche person. Me, personally I don't care about the color screen and all the fancy graphics. This watch amazingly accomplishes all that extra stuff with the black & white screen. The cool thing about that is, everything is lighter, and the casing is much more robust. I have found the heart rate tracking to be fairly accurate also, which I love. The only con I can think of is the lack of connectIQ but who cares, it does everything else so well!

My husband is super rough on products but this one stands up to his roughness plus it doesn't die very fast.

This is my second fitness tracker and I have found that it’s much more rugged than the other brand it replaces. I like how you use buttons instead of a touch screen (which makes it hard to use if your sport requires gloves ). Battery life is excellent.

So this is a strong watch! Durable, resistant and best of all: waterproof! He can work, exercise then hop into the shower without removing his watch. The battery will last FOREVER! Get it! It’s great! I waited for a sale because Amazon had them more expensive.

Got it because it does everything you could possibly want out of a garmin without the fancy screen to worry about. Wasnt looking for anything flashy! Battery life is amazing! Tracks workouts and your sleep. Maps your trail so you never get lost. I could go on.
