I purchased this watch for my father in law for Christmas. The fact it tracks heart rate was key for me. Months later, the watch is an essential for him. His doctor loves that he has it to help keep him on track with health and tracking how his heart rate.

So far loving it. Love the ruggedness. It's actually not bad for a female petite wrist. Still have to try out the navigation features. I would recommend people to join the instinct facebook app and read/watch professional reviews to understand the watch' wide range of usage. I am a gym goer/beginner runner and this watch does everything i need. I also like the 'find my phone' feature since I tend to not remember where I left my phone around the house. Garmin app is good with capacity to download training plans to the watch.

The watch last for weeks on a single charge and it very accurate tracking compared to any other smart watch. I got it on sale for $150 here.

I got this for my brother who is in the army. He loves everything about it, tracks distance,calories burned. Also, gets Phone and social media notifications. Bear mind, there is a character limit on how much of the message you can read. So far, no complaints,

I really am enjoying my garmin smart watch. And know the more I'm able to work out the more fun I'll be having. Im having a hard time figuring out how to run it tho. Better instructions would help. I'll figure it out someday

I love this watch. Easy to use and understand. A little inaccurate measuring floors climbed but pretty good readings on other stuff

I researched a lot of sport tracker watches, and came up clueless as to which I should go with. A local best buy teammember had this one on when I went in and I took his word for it- I have to say I love everything about this watch. I am So glad I went with Garmin!

One of the only tech watch products that is still in black and white without the digital screen. Love it!

This watch is just what I needed to keep me on track and motivated. I especially like that it’s easy to manage and there isn’t a touch screen. I mess with a touch screen on my phone all day so the hassle of that taken away is nice. Plus I don’t dirty up the screen with my fingers. Battery life lasts great. I use it pretty much everyday for activities and so I only have to charge every 4-5 days but when I’m only using it for time it last up anywhere to more than a week without charging it. Love this watch.

Excellent watch for the money. It served me well. Sturdy and military looking. It’s like Garmin and Gshock got together and had a baby! I recommend it if you are looking for an s as lternatve to the more expensive Fenix Series. Cheers!

This is a great tool for me to be able to monitor my activity levels. I use it to gauge my daily workout and work activities.

Easy to navigate menu system. Battery life is amazing! Very durable compared to other smart watches Ive owned.

Very durable and comfortable. The battery lasted 2 weeks before I had to charge it. I like that there are alot of ways to customize the face on it too.

GPS appears to be accurate, does about anything you might want for outdoor use, and it is durable.

Love this device. After 5 years and several devices from F....t I was ready for a change after they pushed firmware and app updates that removed some of the features I used. F....t would not respond to complaints from me or many other users so, bye! They just sold out to Google as well. The Garmin Instinct does everything I need, including the features the alternative deleted. Easier to use and read. On screen battery life indicator helps as well. Should have done this years ago.
