I love this watch. It has an intuitive UI and a lot of cool features, especially if you're a person who is outdoors a lot. I mainly use mine for running and hiking, and I haven't had an issue yet. It's tough, too. I work with a lot of sharp metal and chipboard, and my old watch was scratched beyond recognition. This watch has yet to show more than a smudge.

great replacement for 5 year old garmin vivoactive broke where band connected but still work fine

The Garmin Instinct watch is excellent; however because of recent heart health concerns, I needed a watch to monitor my blood oxygen level and heart rate. Therefore, I returned this watch and purchased a Garmin Instinct Solar. In case color is a concern in your watch purchase, this "Sea Foam" watch is actually more of a light blue; whereas in the online photos, the watch looks light grey in color.

Let me start off by saying I returned this watch but not because it was bad. The display was to small for my aging eyes. When and what I could read was good. I ended up getting the Fenix 5x Sapphire. Hope this helps with someone who doesn’t have 20/20 vision anymore.

I really love how well made it is . Basic and not flashy. I do have a lot to learn, how to use it and take advantage of all the features though. I'm sure I'll get there.

Tracks steps, heart rate, sleep and even tells time. Brilliant!

I got this watch before a field exercise in the military and it was well worth the purchase. I always knew where I was out in the middle of nowhere using the MGRS grid and compass. The health meters and sleep tracker are really good too. The watch is easy to set up and use, nothing crazy. Definitely recommend, especially for those who like the outdoors and military servicemembers.

Great fitness tracker, durable and battery life is great

It is a good watch with many, many features. However, I have found that I really won't use 90 percent of the features. I walk for exercise 3 to six miles at a time (I am an old guy). I like to capture my events with a geographic plot of my walks and this watch does it (it is plotted on my Smart phone.) That being said, the manual for the watch is 26 (8 by 10) pages! There are are so many features that I will never use such as 'altitude of climbing'! But I am sure there are many users that can get more from the watch than I can use.

Basic and i love it! Durable design and wear. The battery lasts forever too!
