It’s the Chuck Norris of smart watches. I’m very active and it takes the abuse I put it through and the best thing is the battery life. I charge it once a week and that’s it.

My biggest complaint is that the buttons will be inadvertently triggered by my hands when I flex in certain positions. One moment I'll be reaching for a glass of water, the next my watch is going off beeping thinking I'm trying to time an exercise or something. I wish I knew how to disable that.

I used fitbit surge for two years and never felt outage but within six months there have been two server outages with Garmin so not sure if our data and information is safe. Also it my Garmin instinct doesn't tell resting heartbeat accurately and doesn't track sleep as accurate as fitbit or may be other competitors in the market. Instict will be my last Garmin device I will go back to fitbit or Apple or some other smart watch brand.
