My husband needed a new Fitness watch and preferred something a little more masculine than the Fitbit or Apple watch. I found this one at Best buy and it had everything that he was wanting in a fitness watch. He really likes it and even mentioned that he liked that it is larger like a regular watch. The only setback is that it is a bit hard to go through all of the options and figure out where to find things like steps which isn't on the face all of the time.

Semi-smart watch. Works great. Fantastic battery and easy to use.

It’s tough (I’m really hard on things and haven’t even dinged this thing yet) but it’s not the most user friendly device. I knew it wouldn’t be as easy to use as touch screen but it seems harder to use even given that it’s button only. It does give me all the health stats I want. I can’t figure out the GPS stuff and I just gave up because I really didn’t care.

I purchased my watch to monitor my heart rate at night and during my workouts. I started getting a rash on my right arm. I cleaned the watch and loosen up the band same results. I switched arms same results. I am still healing from the rash after 2 months of not wearing my watch. I am not happy with this watch and serves no purpose to me if I can't wear it. I would not by this watch.

I gave this to my husband for his birthday. At first he didn’t want it. To much technology. We got it all set up for him. He loves it. It does everything he need and more. He said it is easy to use and will really be handy out while he is hunting, camping or hiking.

Great on giving directions and other GPS functions. Cell phone connectivity is average at best,

Lover Garmin products, my wife bought me this watch to step up from my Vivoactive HR which is still working fine. It is still a rugged watch that can handle a lot of physical impact for someone who needs a watch while working with their hands. This watch is doing fine so far but the battery life is not nearly as good and will eventually need charging every day. The HR could go nearly a week without charging.

Great watch. Has many features i really don’t use. Maybe someday. Lots of good information.

Love this watch. Took a little time to really understand all the functions and personalize for me. But once I did, WOW. I would recommend this highly not only as a great watch but as a navigation device that will literally get you back home safely with ease.

I ordered this item on line Garmin watch was Available at that time. Just before the delivery date I got email it is out of stock. I missed chance to buy from other vendors at sale price.

Does a lot more than my Forerunner 235 and the screen is pretty nice. The only complaint I've got is the notification settings are a bit strange. There's a distinction better smart alerts and the watch alerts. It would be nice if all vibration/sound alerts were controllable via the app with better granularity.

Still learning to use all the features. It is very comfortable to wear.

A little complicated, if you are used to the simplicity of a Vivoactive or Fitbit. But many useful functions, for those who like to be outside. It’s a must to download the online instructions; sadly they do not list all of the symbols/icons, that the watch uses; one has to find those separately.
