Keep in mind it's not a medical device so the blood pressure and pulse oximetry are not spot on, but close enough for fitness conditioning. The recipient says it's comfortable and likes it.

I focus on cardio, jogging, trailing and skipping workouts. Great watch. Detail metrics in app are great. It took 1-2 days to get comfortable with watch. I replaced an old Fitbit.
