This is my first Garmin watch and it does not fail to impress. Keeps great tracking of HR, great visibility, can have phone notifications too, good water rating and 24 day battery? What isn’t there to like about this? My only complaint about it is that it does not keep track of the weather as precisely compared to other devices, the “solar recharge” is “ok” given that realistically after being outside practically all day I only got maybe an hour of charge. Finally the only two tones of colors on the screen that being white and black leaves the user with a desire for a little more color or activity on the screen. Other than that, great watch for an outdoorsman or an athlete! Taken it hiking and the gym a couple times and I think I came out more beat up than the watch!

Purchased the Garmin because I want a change from an Apple watch. It definitely has some advantages like battery life you can stretch it to 3-4 weeks with all the functions on. even longer on power saver mode. Solar capability does not really add to battery life after charging in full sun for a few days I contacted Garmin support how it was explained to me it just maintains the battery energy. I like how I can see how many steps/day. The main reason I like it is how the watch looks, its rugged and light. Have not really use most of the functions like stealth feature GPS, some of the activity widgets etc. Heart and pulse ox was accurate. The Garmin connect app is also informative and easy to use. The cons is its not touch screen need I say more. The 5 buttons is somewhat confusing need to get use to it I guess. Have to press the light button to see at night. Overall Apple Watch is much more better but is a good alternative if you want to change your look from time to time.

My first Garmin and it hasn't disappointed. All the features I wanted and more. The watch it very light and durable compared to my other watches.

Excellent quality and feel on the wrist. Ended up with a smaller garmin but still one is still in the family. It stopped tracking heart rate and sleep but we disconnected from garmin app and the phone and reconnected and cleaned off the heart rate sensor and it fixed itself.

Been 3 years now and I love it, away better than apple ones at least for me

Great watch with many features. I don't particularly like the wrist band which has a soft rubbery feel like you find in cheap watches. Another con is the small size of the display screen. I though it would be bigger but a good 1/4" of the displayed is with fixed labels for the buttons. This should have been done on the outside of bezel instead of using valuable display space. Hence the smaller fonts. Otherwise, no complaints. I purchased this on sale for under $250 so I am happy, but not worth much above that.

I work with heavy equipment and adventure with my buddy a bit, this watch will probably outlast me. 10/10 the battery life is flawless too !

Im in the woods alot and im monitoring my health and this watch does both. Great gps and solor charging system along with heart rate and sleeping habits. Best purchase ever.

love this watch. charges for 23 days and of course has solar charging capabilities. have not taken if off since i got it. will recommend and purchase another if i lose or break it although i doubt it cause it is tough. you wont be disappointed.

So far the longest battery life I achieved was 39 days. I don't use tracking and I'm outside few days a week. Coming from apple watch I very much appreciate the lack of constant distractions.

Just awesome! Easy to use and tons of functionality. I haven't worn my Suunto Core or Samsung Watch 3 Titanium since I got this. The battery life...2 thumbs up!!

Great tactical watch with lots of features, navigation, heart rate, work out monitor and much more, definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Nice display and comfortable to wear. Easy set up. Got it on sale was a good deal. Im happy with the purchase.

Excellent design. Great feature to charge in the sun, I added 2 days to battery life just working in the sunlight. And the “track me” in the gps function got me and a buddy out of a situation in the mountains.

Loved the fact that I no longer have to worry about charging my watch. The quality of the watch is excellent and looks rugged and tough. Got it on a BB deal for nearly half price....

Its a very good smart watch and excellent watch for outdoor activity tracking but comes with compromise on the styling. Ideal for someone who is more into outdoor activities.

So far so good. Have used for a couple weeks, but have definitely not mastered all the features. It is somewhat challenging to learn and master all the features

Love this watch. Have lots of nice watches I don’t wear. This watch I wear. Lots of functions, solar helps watch run long time between charges, GPS etc.
