Not powering up, constantly asking to reformat the memory card. Messages come across blue tooth only, if it is off, and you don't have visual of the dashcam, you will miss the fact that there is a prompt which prevents dashcam from recording. No audible warning at all. When it works quality is normal, WHEN IT WORKS. I use premium memory cards with correct parameters. It is slightly past one year so I guess it is heading to the garbage bin

It's undiscoverable. My car says 'Unsupported' device when paired w/ bluetooth. I can't even read all of the writing in the app due to it's format. There are no buttons in the app to push besides one. It leads to a deadend. I also thought it was 'plug and play' but it's not since you must manually connect the app to bluetooth EACH every time you turn off/on your vehicle? (That's what I understand now even though I've never got a connection or seen a recording). I'll be returning this ASAP.

Posted .Apologies for your frustration. The Garmin Dash Cam Mini is not designed to pair to a vehicle’s Bluetooth, only to a phone with the Garmin Drive app installed. Fits right behind my rear view mirror, connects to the app without any issues for me to view footage. Automatically saved clips if it thinks an accident may have occurred. Only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is because I wish the car didn’t have to be on for me to view footage.
