When it works it works good but the mini cam is so confusing and it takes your sweet time just to get connected to the phone.

Some times working good,some times not working. It's not professional.

The mount for this dash cam uses an adhesive to stick to your windshield, which is a no-go. If you live or work in a sufficiently large city, you know to hide your valuables when you park. I don’t want to paint a target on myself by mounting this dash cam. Pretty annoying. I found a suction mount on Amazon and hopefully that’ll work. Garmin really should give you one out of the box instead of giving you two adhesive mounts.

There are no decent instructions with it and it will not sync with phone like it’s suppose to. Decent directions with customer support number would helpful.

Sometime it disconnected from the app, when that happen during the driving is hard to record anything

Returned it because I didn’t want to run wire from the back of the car to the front

This camera did not function at all. I managed to set it up on my dash board nicely, but once I installed the required app on my phone, I wasn’t able to review any footage or see the live feed because the wi-fi was unable to connect. I didn’t know that it came with its own wi-fi, I would wait almost an hour each time I wanted to see footage and it would never connect. The small light on the camera would be on, and it’d change from blue, red, and green. There’s just no peace of mind having this on my dashboard if I ever get into an accident, and I’d have trouble viewing my own footage. I am using the cable that it came with, everything is done as it should be. For the price, I won’t recommend this quality to anyone. Even though the size is convenient, it bought me nothing.

Garmin products usually quite good however dash cam mini has a flaw it’s heat sensitive. Pretty much any automotive product especially one affixed to car window glass is going to be subject to high heat especially when parked. Well it’s not even summer yet here in Georgia and by lunch time the interior of the car is hot and the camera completely dead. Even full blast AC cooling things down it’s a brick. Later when then sun is lower it will come back alive. Totally unreliable product that should be recalled. Too late to return to Best Buy so I’ll address the issue with Garmin.

I haven't used it yet but the one I received looked like the packaging has been opened and the charger had someone's fingerprint on it... The dash cam is all right per se, it's just a bit dusty for a brand new product, I guess it's fine as long as it works properly

A nice dash cam but not good instructions inside..

The size of this unit is awesome, the lack of buttons and the difficulty of trying to set it up is not worth it. Just get the older ones they are solid. Returning this unit tomorrow

Followed the directions & had my wife help me. Unable to load images & tell if the power is on, won't connect to Bluetooth.

I bought it because someone was tampering with my car, but this camera only records while car is on. On the description does not explain that you need an extra cable. Price $35.

The resolution is nice , but it doesn’t work without continuous connection to electric source. The power turned off immediately when switching off the electric power

Not what I expected. Initially excited about the size. There are better on the market. Was able to return.
