    this is a very effective mount for large GPS where the suction cup is not a good option and falls off very often .

    Old one wore out after 25 yrs. Awesome. So got another one for next 25! No marking/damage to dash. Love it.

    I've had other kind where the GPS suctions onto the base, and they get scratched over time, and stop working. This does not.

    Mount holds Garmin GPS screen well and just sits on dashboard of vehicle. Not super easy to pop off screen, while also not super hard either. Effectivly displays GPS, yet not good during an accident due to just sitting on dash.

    Base stayed in place on dash and was easily removed with GPS attache when not in use. Not visible when lifted off dash
