I have always enjoyed the Garmin but hated the cheap mount that always falls off the window. The Garmin snaps into this device and it stays on the dashboard.

I have used several GPS dash mounts in the past 10 years. This one by far is the best one for the Garmin GPS. Looking like I will not have to buy any others.

This platform is truly amazing. I mounted my GPS to this device a couple months ago and has not moved regardless of the roadway or the speeds traveling.

Works great. I like it. Stays on dash. If you floor the gas pedal, of course it will fly back if you don't hold it. It stay their under most condition.

Great price match on OEM Garmin GPS mount. BestBuy matched the lowest price on this GPS mount and I could look at it before purchase. There are aftermarket mounts and other Garmin mounts that are not as user friendly as this one. This one keeps the GPS very stable and is completely portable, great product.

It has been so nice to not have the suction cup holder not falling off of my windshield every 15 minutes.

I have used this every time I travel using my Garmin and it works great. I have used it in different mini-vans and it always stays in place regardless of the weather (the suction holder that came with my GPS failed when the windshield was warm.)

No more suction cup nonsense always losing their grip. Messy... this thing does not move...stays put no matter what. Excellent!!!!!

Lays flat on top of the dashboard, doesn't slide around and can be placed where you can easily see it but doesn't obstruct your view out of the windshield. The smaller stick on the window type, which I had before, would some days stick just fine others, it would just simply fall off the window. My recommendation, buy one of these and you'll be much happier.

This base is fairly stable. Can slide a bit when cornering hard in a vehicle with a fairly flat dashboard.

This unit does exactly what they claim, and is an excellent mount for the Garmin nuvi GPS. It is a decent mount that has enough weight in the base to hold the GPS unit on the dash steady under normal driving conditions. I felt very comfortable driving around with this mount and never worried that the GPS unit would tip over.

To my surprise Garmin's included mount would not stick to dash. I was looking for something that was not a ugly circle ring windshield mount. I was pleasantly surprised on how well this dash mount holds. It does not move. Even with aggressive driving. And it's really portable. Easy to stash when you go to a mall.Leaves no ugly rings either.

Vehicle mount holds GPS firmly and does not slip or slide on dashboard. Good gripping power. I like it better than the suction cup mount on a window.

This mount is weighted so it doesn't slide around on the dash. The Garmin fits perfectly on the knob, and it's easy to remove and replace so that you don't have to leave the device in the car at gas stops. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a compatible Garmin GPS device!

Great GPS holder. Easy to move from vehicle to vehicle. Bean-bag design fits all our vehicles nicely even though all the dashboards are different.

Sandbag type mount is great on the dashboard. Doesn't slide or move at all and no mess on the windshield!
