I haven't been pleasedwith the stick on versions; in heated temp. they get lose and fall off. This new style is so much better.

I got this to use in my 2012 Elantra. It sits well on the dashboard and doesn't slip off when I make a turn. The whole thing fits in my glovebox when not in use.

This is an excellent solution to mounting a GPS when you don't want to mount the arm on the window or dashboard. It sits nicely on the dashboard with no movement. We are very happy with the item.

I purchased for my wife for her Garmin. She loves it! She likes the way it sets on her dash in her car making her GPS accessible to her in a more appropriate way than a window mount.

I bought this mount for my husband to replace one that he has had for many years. He uses his GPS at least 2 weeks out of each month while traveling on business and his old mount had become a bit "shiney" on the bottom and was prone to slipping on the dash. The price is worth it for the up to 5 years of service we get out of it.

The perfect option if you do not want to use a suction cup mount to hold your GPS in place. I really like mine and it makes it easy to move it from car to car. Very stable & secure.

I highly recommend the portable auto friction mount. This accessory works like a charm. I can't imagine anyone not being totally satisfied.

I have bought several other holder/stands and this is the only one that I would recommend. All the others fall down or slip.

For the third time - does its job, but I would not pay full price for it.

This mount does not move at all. I have made sharp turns and performed high acceleration trying to get this mount to budge and it hasn’t moved from where I placed it. Definitely a excellent alternative to the window mount. Only draw back is the price.

Easy to use and set up. Great item. I love that it gives me alternate directions from what I am used to everytime I leave home although I know how to get where I am going, most times a better and shorter route than what I usually take.

Holds my GPS firmly where I place it. I was a lttle sceptical as first. But it does hold the unit in place. Great item for those states that make it illegal to use suction mounts. Glad I choose to buy it

The mount is great! Really easy to set up and stays put on your dash. Bought one for me and other family members. Works with many types of GPS.

This mount works well, but I felt it was rather expensive for what you get.

Works great and like it much better than the windshield mount. Worth the money.

I would highly recommend it to anyone of any type of vehicle and very easy to install
