This is great because it allows to quickly take it off the dashboard when parked. It doesn't slip and holds my GPS stabile

My husband has purchased this product in the past for his Garmin and prefers it over the windshield mount, because after time the windshield mount doesn't stick due to changes in temperature warping the suction cup.

I frequently use a GPS due to the type of work I do; going to unfamiliar places. Previously, I did not use the mount and just had it plugged in and it sat on my lap. In Traffic Safe course, I learned that not having the GPS on a mount using it in your hands is the same as getting a ticket for texting while driving or distracted driving. This mount is easy to use, doesn't slide and being as it sits rather than being attached it easily removed from view or moved to a different vehicle.

This worked perfect for me with my new GPS unit. I could leave the unit attached and just set the whole thing on the floor when parked so it was not in view. Lots of flexibility with this versus a windshield mount.

Shift it between my personal car and airport rentals. Place it on the dash and you're ready to go. My old unit had a suction cup which wouldn't stick to cold windshields at the airport, which was where I needed it to work.

This vehicle mount is great because it can be adjusted quickly as far as any angle needed and you do not have to have the mount on your windshield that way when the car is not occupied no one knows you have a GPS.

My Garmin GPS installed easily to this mount, and the mount sits nicely on the top of the car dash. When I get to my destination, I can easily move the complete GPS and mount to the car floor where it is out of easy sight. After returning to my vehicle, iit is easy to move back into usable position. As my vehicle is leased I dd not have to drill any holes or apply any marring tapes in order to effecyively install and use my GPS.

I have had my Garmin mounted on my windshield for sometime. I had considered getting a dash mount, and I am so glad I did! It stays put, is at eye level, and never obscures my vision. It was a good purchase!

This is our second Garmin Vehicle Mount. Works great and eliminates need for windshield suction cup. Easy to take off dash and hide. Nice that Best Buy matches Amazon price which is considerably less expensive.

I love using this mount with my Garmin GPS. No more suction cup on the windshield - it stays where I put it, yet is easily removable to hide when the car is parked. Highly recommended for Garmin owners!

I'd always used the window mount but it continually fell off. Finally got around to getting a dash mount and wow, what a difference. I chose this one because it is fairly heavy and seemed like it would work anywhere in the car. I have a Honda Pilot and it works great on top of the dash as well as the little area where the radio/temp controls display. It stays put no matter what, so it's perfect.
