I've been traveling with this cutting sharp corners sudden stops and it stays on the dashboard this is a must have

Purchased this for my GPS, and it is perfect. It is on a flat surface and it holds my GPS 100 percent. Happy I purchased it.

Mount is great to put GPS in any vehicle or move from one to another. Mount was purchased to put GPS in my 3500HD Silverado. Can place on dashboard easily or in the cupholder. Also to put in most places. Only drawback is that is does move around a bit on bouncy roads.

My GPS Dashboard mount is simply ideal for holding my GPS, within view, when I am traveling. It's weighted, therefore, it remains in place.

This product has a reasonable weight which provides enough friction which keeps my Garmin 5'' GPS in place. Highly recommend!

Had an older version of this product which lost its support on the dash. This new one works amazing and never shifts like the old one.

The stand for my garmin is perfect! Sturdy and can be used on any surface, even slippery dashboard!

I can use my gps on the dash of my car and position it securely at whatever angle I want without damage to the dash.

I have an Nissan Xterra , the dash has a built in tray on the top in the middle. I was using the suction mount that came with my unit but did not like the blocking of my sight line on the right front corner while driving. This Friction mount fits perfectly in the tray and creates a lower profile for my GPS while allowing the built in dash cam to still function. As this mount is not attached I can quickly move it from one vehicle to another or remove from dash area when not in use without leavening a circle mark on my windshield.

I recently purchased this mount for use with a Garmin Drive 51 LM. The vehicle it was used with was a Ford Ranger. I was actually very surprised at just how "sticky" this mount was. The combination of soft pad and 4 small weight bags allowed the mount to conform to the dashboard and prevent movement, that said, I wouldn't expect it to sit still during an offroad adventure. It's footprint dimensions are 7" X 8" and had an arm that allowed plenty of adjustment in aiming the GPS toward the driver.

This device does the job well. It does not slide across the dash and keeps my Garmin GPS positioned exactly where I want it.

got this in order to be able to position the Garmin in various places on the dashboard--to avoid the sun glare etc. works wonderfully.

When attached to the windshield, it was a hassle removing the Garmin in order to put up my sunshield. With the vehicle mount, it is quick and easy.
