Great for dash with built in tray.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an Nissan Xterra , the dash has a built in tray on the top in the middle. I was using the suction mount that came with my unit but did not like the blocking of my sight line on the right front corner while driving. This Friction mount fits perfectly in the tray and creates a lower profile for my GPS while allowing the built in dash cam to still function. As this mount is not attached I can quickly move it from one vehicle to another or remove from dash area when not in use without leavening a circle mark on my windshield.

Keeps Garmin in place, does not block view

Doesn't move!
