    Regret getting it...

Terrible battery life. After a software update the battery dies within hours. I have done multiple hard reset and it has not helped. Garmin's solution is to turn off Bluetooth which defeats the purpose of a smartwatch. I regret my decision of changing from my fenix 5s to this one. Only reason I changed was to be able to talk on it and half of the time it doesn't work!

    Frustrating Experience Connecting

I recently purchased the Garmin Venu 2 Plus from Best Buy and while I had other Garmin watches before, this one is probably my most frustrating purchase. While other Garmin watches connect just fine to the Garmin Connect app, for some reason, the Venu 2 Plus just has connectivity issues. I'm not sure if it's the device, but I spent over 3 hours resetting, connecting, and syncing the device and it still did not work properly. It would occasionally not connect to the Garmin Connect app, which is something I have not experienced before with other watches. Other watches take 1-2 seconds to and sync to the app whereas the Venu 2 Plus takes more than 10s. Even trying to install apps like Spotify would just be stuck at "Install queued" from the Garmin Connect IQ app. Overall, this was a frustrating experience that I have not had with other Garmin watches, and I caution others that are thinking about purchasing one.

    Not worth the money

This is my second Venu 2 Plus. Unfortunately, I needed to replace my first one due to a cracked screen. With the first, i could easily get 2 weeks of charge time, without GPS connection. My current watch, I am lucky to get 4 days, MAX. Garmin claims no changes from my first to second Venu 2 Plus, but also tells me to delete all apps, which I have non downloaded and factory reset the watch. I have tried this twice and no luck, same issue. I will not be keeping this watch.

I am disabled and I bought this watch for monitoring my health. I compared the SpO2 readings of the watch with a standard Oximeter and my old smartwatch. The SpO2 reading of this watch was always 5 points less than my Oximeter and old watch. So I tested the ECG against my portable ECG machine and again the readings did not match or I got an error that the watch could not take an ECG reading. I don't use the exercise routines in smartwatches, so I cannot say if they are any better. If you want accurate health monitoring, skip this watch! I returned the watch after 2 days.

Didn't really sync with my Google pixel pro 7.thebstep counter was way off (low). The screen was so fragile, the smallest bump broke the screen. To have the screen replaced, Garmin wanted nearly 3/4 of the purchase price. The watch randomly stopped working, less than a year after purchase. Garmin wanted an arm and a leg to try to fix it. Biggest waste of money ever. I would NEVER recommend this watch to anyone.

This watch has the world’s smallest band. Does not include a longer band to swap out. If you have medium to large wrist, look elsewhere. Didn’t even test the watch because it wouldn’t fit. For the price I shouldn't have to buy another band to make it fit. The Garmin Fenix bands are about 1.5 inches longer.

Heart rate is very innacurate. I used almost all watches( Apple, Samsung, Fitbit, orange theory watch etc. ) Garmin watch heart rate shows 103 beats per minute where other watches and treadmills shows around 150-160. Don’t go for it if you are particular about heart rate.

Watch felt like a toy. Ive had multiple Garmins in the past , none of them felt this cheap, was a big turnoff for me, especially for the price.
