Not for everyone
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great fitness tracker, terrible smartwatch. I wanted to be a little more strict about my health and I heard the Venu 3 was the Garmin smartwatch equivalent so I thought it’d be an easier transition. However, I had to return the Garmin. After about 2 weeks I knew it wasn’t for me because I just don’t need that level of fitness tracking and the UI/over all aesthetic looks ANCIENT! After watching so many Youtube videos comparing Garmin and AppleWatch, not one person mentioned how the UI on the Garmin looks like it’s from 2009. It is definitely based on lifestyle though as I can see how a fitness enthusiast would not be too worried about aesthetics and simply want to see their metrics. However, my lifestyle just isn’t so ingrained in fitness that I’m that interested in these metrics. I returned it and got an AppleWatch series 11 for cheaper and I’m quite happy now realizing the parts of a smartwatch I really enjoy and what I simply don’t need to use.

Great watch, but has shared device issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great watch, and most of the features work very well, but it has compatibility issues with other devices where they will get kicked from being paired with your phone through Bluetooth. Otherwise we love Garmin products and would highly recommend. We do not have issues with our Garmin Instinct.

Almost perfect
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I came to this watch because I was unsatisfied with the Pixel Watch's battery life. The Venu 3 exceeds my expectations in that regard. My only complaint is the lack of integration with the Android ecosystem. If this watch could install apps from the Play Store and sync with my phone's alarms, it would be a perfect 5/5. Overall, the quality is very nice. This watch does what people expect from Garmin perfectly. My only detraction is the integration with the Android Play Store.

Great features.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Garmin Venu 3 GPS has great battery life, and I enjoy not having to charge the watch frequently. I moved away from the apple watch because the battery life is horrible. The watch is also light weight and comfortable and provides excellent exercise performance monitoring. Also, the Garmin Venu 3 GPS is a great looking watch. I highly recommend the watch for those moving away from Apple watch.

Much better than Apple Watch
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The watch is awesome. It’s very much a fitness/health and wellness tracker, not as much a smartwatch. It tracks any of a variety of stats (heart rate, steps, flights of stairs, active calories burned, etc). It’s great for that. Helps track sleep and give recommendations to get better sleep and more “body battery”. It has crazy good battery life, well over a week. I came from an Apple Watch, which I would charge every single night. This alone was a great reason to switch to the Venu 3. There’s a lot of 3rd party creators that make cool watch faces. The watch is awesome. It is always on my wrist. If you wanna get a snapshot of your general health, track workouts, get into running, it’s great! The wrist strap it comes with was not the best for me, as any amount of sweat caused me to get a rash from it. But a $7 strap from Amazon fixed it up! Now it’s super comfortable.

Perfect...
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent smart/exercise watch from Garmin. The Venu has always been an excellent mix of smart and fitness features. With the addition of a speaker/microphone alongside the amoled screen and long battery life, I believe it to be the perfect watch.

A hidden gem!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just purchased the venu 3 after using a Fitbit sense 2 for two years. The battery started to die and it is not replaceable. They make you buy a new one. Therefore, $250 x 2 Is $500 in 2 years if I bought another one! I decided then to spend the extra dollars and get a really good one. The Google and Samsung watches are highly rated but battery life is just not up to par. The Garmin boasts a 14-day battery life, and It looks thus far that I will get about 10 days, certainly exceeding the sense 2. The functionality and customization are phenomenal. Software is a bit complex until you learn how to use it, but that'll only took me a day or two. The phone app provides details in a way that the sense 2 could not. The venu 3 also adds features that are true numerous to go through. Voice assistant is just one of them. And with all the features, I will reiterate that the customization opportunities and battery life really make this watch what you want it to be. Those are the first few days impressions and I think they will stick.

Venu 3 reciew
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I switched over to a Garmin from using galaxy watches forever. It took a minute to learn to navigate, I found the galaxy watches a little more user friendly. Of course Iove the extended battery life. The sleep recording is very good although as someone who sleeps poorly, it's a little depressing! I am not a runner but I hike, walk, yoga and do gym workouts mostly and the exercise tracking works very well. I use the breath work app a lot as well. Overall, I feel for me it was worth the upgrade to get a Garmin.

Awesome smart watch for the price !
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had venu 2 but venu 3 was a decent upgrade! Accuracy is great but not perfect! Many features and functions and great watch faces. Most importantly.... Battery lasts over a week without charging !!! Not like Apple or Samsung which is barely over 1 day...... Apple and Samsung will never get there anytime soon on battery life.

Excellent health watch!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Garmin makes excellent products and this was purchased to replace a Samsung watch (old model had for about 5 yrs, but loved it). The connections to my phone are excellent, reading texts are cool and seeing phone calls are great! I really like all the monitors built into this watch and the many things I can keep and eye on my health for me and my Doc. He appreciates it too as another set of eyes, plus it backs me up when I say I am working out, I have proof!! The battery life is absolutely incredible, I get between 6-7 days between fillups, and I use almost all of the apps included. There are a couple of things keeping the last star off and that is the app and watch faces, they are just not up to par. The app is just kinda there, it is basically just a data compiling app and not much else. I can't do anything to the watch (change a face for one, unless I go to the connect website, why not build it into the app??) except change some personal settings and that's it. And the biggest reason I have knocked a star off is the watch faces, what is Garmin doing there, building an enterprise for entrepreneurs? The watch faces are the biggest problem I have, they just are not telling you anything on the face that are that helpful. And if I can find one while looking through the thousands of watch faces on the connect website (no real rhyme or reason there...), I am not paying $5 for it and then hope they keep it up to date with the changes in software that will eventually come out. Garmin, take a look at the Samsung and Google watch face websites at the FREE ones and see that the ones they make are actually helpful for you to see at a glance what your health looks like. Sorry, got to go, my watch is telling me it's time to move, and health is more important than having a stroke! Great watch, and worth the purchase, but some changes are needed by Garmin, just some thoughts, cause I love ya!!

You Can Never Go Wrong With Garmin
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This watch is excellent and does everything as advertised. Works well on the golf course with the phone app, works well to make and receive calls. Wish Garmin had this on more models. Texting can be a little challenging as the letters are small. The only issue I have had with the product is the vibration mode for notifications has come lose and can be loud at times in stead of vibrating. Call Garmin and they told me the issue was not bad enough to repair at this time. Beside this one issue it has been the perfect watch. Battery life is outstanding. I average a week before needing to charge. I wear the watch 24 hrs a day and use almost all features with my phone.

Awesome. Excellent battery life.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this product for about a week and a half now. For a fitness tracker it has all of the Smartwatch capabilities that I could want. I really like the overall look of the device and how it functions. It's an awesome Fitness tracker. Lastly the battery life is incredible. Getting multiple multiple days out of each charge. It has a beautiful crisp screen so I'm still trying to figure out why I can go so long without a charge when Samsung devices and apple watches cannot possibly compete.

Garmin Venu 3 Review
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Garmin Venu 3 works very well when paired to the iPhone. I found this watch to be the most user friendly and many of the watch faces are free. Highly recommended due to its 12 plus days of battery life. I like it large easy to read face and better that the Apple Watch.

||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lightwieght. Advertised battery life is a little lower than advertised, but it's plenty. it has the newest sensor and is very accurate. Gps is accurate. Steps are accurate. Get this over the samsung series.

Mix Emotions
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This watch excels in endurance, outlasting the competition even with a charge every 2.5 days. However, my shift to a Garmin, aiming to eliminate charging concerns, didn’t work out. Setting aside the battery issue, this watch is impressive. The vibrant screen, especially its night mode color switch, is a smart touch. The heart rate accuracy surpasses my previous devices, though it occasionally showed elevated rates, possibly reflecting reality. Beyond that, the additional features like HRV, EKG, sleep tracking, and stress monitoring, along with the morning report, are valuable. The sleep tracking, however, seemed less accurate, often misinterpreting stressed nights as restful. The oxygen check feature is a useful addition, though it significantly impacts battery life, especially when set to continuous monitoring. I found the optimal balance during sleep mode, but turning it off seemed to minimize battery consumption. The watch’s overall battery performance fell short of my expectations, needing a recharge every 2 days, even with certain features disabled. Running multiple EKGs daily, while impressive, didn’t offset the absence of exercise GPS. For those not fixated on continuous oxygen monitoring, this watch offers great potential, easily lasting a week without a charge.

Fantastic upgrade to my Vivactive 4
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This watch was purchased as an upgrade to my amazing Vivoactive 4. This watch is just a complete upgrade across the board: much better battery and display, improved sensors and more useful feedback. I primarily lift weights and do some moderate running, so I felt this watch to be the most well-rounded for my needs. If you are more multi-activity oriented, I find the Venu 3 to be the best choice at its price point.
