Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was hoping to replace my Garmin Epix 2, the main feature was being able to answer calls on the Venu 3 but does not play friendly with my iPhone 15 Pro. It only works 50% of the times and if you decide to answer a call with the iPhone the call switches between Speaker and Phone and there’s a delay which is frustrating. There’s no way to prioritize the calls, apparently the watch is designed to be used with Android phones. Otherwise it’s a great watch, barely know it’s on your wrist, better to sleep with while wearing versus the Epix, Unfortunately I’m passed the return policy.

Posted .The watch does have GPS. When you select an activity that would use GPS the screen will show on the display. Please go to support.garmin.com where you'll find many FAQ's and video's on the functions of the watch. As well, if you still need assistance you can reach out to a product support associate for assistance from that link.
Pretty decent watch

My only rebuttal is that it shows your how many notifications you have but it doesn’t let you reply to any of your notifications. The band that comes with the watch isn’t good for me at all. My wrist looks like I was chained up in shackles or I’ve been abused. I’ve ordered another band from Amazon and it should be here soon.

I previously owned the original Garmin Venu and I absolutely loved it. So when the Venu 3 went on sale over Christmas i decided to give it a try even after reading a few bad reviews about the hate rate monitor seeming to lag or give inaccurate readings. I wish I would’ve went with either a different model or different company because the heart rate monitor is awful. It lags and seems to be playing catch up majority of the time while working out. I’ve tried moving the watch to different positions on my write, I’ve even reset it. Save your money and get something else.

I chose this watch specifically based on its ability to receive text/calls.

This required swiping the face to move aro7nd as well. However, if you have arthritic hands, it does not work well. I returned the Garmin and got an Apple Watch
