I had a galaxy watch before this and decided to test this one out because i was tired of having to charge my watch every day. I had high expectations for this Garmin and it exceeded my expectations. I love that it is small and fits my wrist well, while also having great battery life.

I love my watch! The only annoying thing for me is that I have to have my phone nearby or my watch won’t connect? I’m not sure if I would still be able to track everything and use it without having to manually add it later. Other than that I love it and it has been working wonderfully for me. I did get it wet a few times and I read somewhere that you’re not supposed to press the buttons when it’s submerged in water but I did a few times and it’s still fine. Moving forward I will not be getting it submerged just in case. I have banged it a few times and so far no scratches! Definitely going to get a screen protector just in case. The first few weeks of having the watch it kept asking me to update when I did update as much as possible but that issue has passed for now. The battery lasted over a full week the first week I used it then I noticed it dying quicker and quicker, so far it last about 5 days for me but I am also very active and using it a lot more than most people. When my stress is low I can easily charge once a week.

I got this as gift to my wife Birthday. She likes it and uses mostly for crossfit workouts. - Battery life is pretty good, it last for about 12-14 days - Display is good for wrist size - Answer calls via watch.

I absolutely LOVE this watch! The battery life is unbelievable, especially compared to an Apple Watch. I also love all the other features it has to offer battery life, stress level, and sleep tracking. I also love how the workout goal is focused on the whole week vs each day! If you are looking for a sign to switch this is it!!!

I have had an Apple Watch since they first came out but I really wanted to know how my sleep was and other metrics that weren't on the Apple Watch...not to mention that I had to charge it every night. I decided to try this Garmin Venu 3s and have been over the moon. I think it is the perfect watch! I will never go back to apple now! (only thing I am not thrilled about is that I paid full price and today it is $100 off....I bought it a one month ago!)

Great Fitness Watch and Impressive Sleep Tracking

I've been using the Garmin Venu 3S for about two months now and I'm really impressed with what it offers, especially when it comes to fitness and sleep tracking. The health metrics feel incredibly accurate, and I love how detailed the sleep insights are. It's motivating and easy to use, which helps me stay consistent with my fitness goals. The heart rate monitoring is also solid, and I appreciate the overall layout and design of the interface. The only small downside I've noticed is that the iPhone compatibility isn't quite as seamless as with an Apple Watch (especially texts and calls), but it's really not a dealbreaker for me, especially considering how much more health-focused data the Garmin provides.

    Best Watch I've Owned

I'm not a huge fan of the style of the stats when you scroll down, or the layout of the app, however this is the best watch I've ever owned. It's very lightweight, and I'm sensitive to having watches irritate me, so it's been nice having one that I barely notice is there. The tracking and data that it gives you is very nicely broken down, and very informative. You have to have a subscription to track food and get a few more advanced insights, but its not terribly priced if you want that. The connect IQ store has more watch faces than you could ever want, with designs of all kinds. I would recommend getting a tpu screen cover for the watch face itself, but I couldn't recommend a better product.

From Apple Watch to Garmin—No Regrets!

Switched from an Apple Watch to the Garmin Venu S3 after getting into running—best decision I’ve made! The battery life is incredible, letting me wear it 24/7 for accurate sleep tracking, recovery data, and workouts. I love customizing my run screens, and the Garmin Connect app is super easy to use. It doesn’t fully integrate with Apple’s Activity rings, but it does sync steps. Surprisingly, I don’t miss replying to texts from my wrist—it’s nice to read them and respond later. Bottom line: Fantastic watch for anyone looking for deeper health and activity insights.

Started running more and switched from my apple watch to a Garmin Venu 3. This is perfect for someone serious in running and focused on fitness but still wanting other features like notifications for text messages and calls! So far I am loving this watch more than my apple watch!

Such a wonderful upgrade from apple watch. The watch itself is light and look professional. The watch face is easy to edit to how you want to see things. The app is also great and shows great statistics!

Overall its a good buy that I got to upgrade from my Amazfit Bip 5. The price point between the two watches is significant (like $80 to $350) so I thought this watch would knock my socks off--but it's just okay. A big downfall is that it doesn't auto-track activity very quickly or well--like going for a walk it starts late and doesn't auto-shut off when your actions stop. The Amazfit was a lot smarter, started and stopped on point. The Garmin is more attractive, although I don't like most of the free face options. The app is over done with badges and challenges and junk....I just want my stats complete and ready at a glance its a bit trying. It also doesn't seem to track sleep well enough to not go off when you're sleeping. The manual isn't a joy to cover, nor is working on the settings. It does a lot of things for strength training, but programing that is a pain or not intuitive AND it auto counts reps horribly. The battery is great--but the Amazit had a great battery life too. I like this watch, but its over-priced.

This is a fantastic smartwatch, it does so many things. I wish it came with more instructions. I have been able to download a manual and watched youtube. I was worried it would feel heavy since its larger but I barely notice it, Good purchase

Best Buy madecthe purchase easy and fast. The watch is stylish and Garmin smart. I bought this for my wife who runs everyday and is tired of having to remember to charge her Apple watch everyday. This garmin will go a week on a single charge, makes travel/vacation much simpler. It helps her keep tract of her activies, scores her sleep quality, displays notifications from texts and emails. She can even answer her phone remotely. She doesn't miss her Apple watch. The only downside is as expect, there is a learning curve when changing technologies. Youtube provides a lot of help.

I love this watch. I can edit the home screen, I can see it outside! And I do not have to charge it every night. You can keep the appl watch because to me it doesn't compare. Emergency features are nice. I'm over 60 and it was easy for me to set up. I'm tech savvy but even for someone who is not, the initial setup and pairing was simple. I'm still learning all the features. I have a very small wrist just over 5.5" around and it works for me. You can turn your wrist and the time will appear. I can say bye bye to my fitbit. So far answering the phone is a little odd but I don't think I can report on that yet because I am not sure how close you have to be to your phone. I won't comment on durability yet because I don't know that.
