Bought this 2 years ago for my girlfriend and she loves it. She has not had any problems in 2 years.

Love it!! Exchanging my old Apple Watch at Best Buy for store credit was also very quick and easy. The battery life lasts WAY LONGER than the Apple Watch did.

The bad: you have to manage multiple apps. You must download an app even on a computer in order to purchase or download certain features or items. It’s incredibly frustrating when a product is so close to excellence but fails to deliver in some of the simplest ways. The good: basically everything else. Fantastic value. Everything works and it works well. Bang for your buck compared to say the fenix is clear. Basically? This is a great purchase that just is frustrating to set up because you have to download connect. Then connectIQ. Then connect express….. you very quickly realize this could be done simpler/better/easier and is a head scratcher on why this was overly complicated.

I love the sleep tracking and the stress feature. It tell me if I need to take a breather and relax, it tells me how I slept through the night.

Absolutely great batter life. Great for tracking workouts and women’s health.

Got this for the wife and she wears it everyday. The watch helps her track steps, runs, heart rate and many other stuff. Great watch and battery last for days.

I love my garmin watch! The battery life is so much better then an iwatch, lasts me 9days and I track my walks and workouts on it. I still haven’t figured out how to turn in text notifications so I can read my texts on my watch.

I can definitely recommend this watch - great battery life, sits very comfortably on your wrist and feels light, great breakdown of health details. Unfortunately it didn't quite work out for me, I've been a long-term Apple user and the interface of Garmin is just not it for me, feels kinda cheap - the fonts and everything. But if you only care about functionality, it will be great for you

Amazing Smartwatch with over the top features! I will definetly buy again!

I purchased this watch as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She originally wanted an apple watch but after researching this watch, I found this will give you more bang for your buck. And my daughter absolutely loves her watch! First the battery last a minimum of 5 days and charges fast. It has so many apps for an active life style. My daughter is always working out and she loves that her watch notifies her on how many hours she needs to rest for all the workouts she's done.

My wife uses it everyday! Great birthday gift she said!

I've owned this watch for almost a year at this point and I am absolutely in love with it! The S size fits my wrist perfectly, you can customize it with new bands or screen protectors off Amazon or Garmin's website and it connects flawlessly with my phone which, yes, shows me notifications, but also allows me to type messages or call friends and family from my wrist without issues. As a women the safety aspect of the accurate GPS tracking that it sends my Mom for when I go out for runs alone is the biggest pro of this thing especially when I had a scary moment a few months back when I abruptly had to stop mid-run to call the cops. It feels super safe knowing my parents could find me if something were to happen but its also helpful during races for them to know all my stats in real time and see when I'm approaching the finish line. This watch was super helpful for my run training and while not having as many extra run-specific extra functions like daily workout suggestions or training readiness, it was worth the trade off for the wide variety of other activities, stats, and the true smart watch feel. I can also use the Garmin coach program with this watch or if I want more run workouts ready-made for me, I can log onto the Garmin Connect website and join one of their many other free training programs! It has a sleek, non-bulky look to it and I've gotten compliments when I'm out and about. My coworker who is training for a full ironman is jealous of it and is thinking about buying a Garmin because of my praises and I'm currently buying another to give my mother, who has health concerns, for her birthday! One downside is that BestBuy gave me the run around when I bought this. I had an absolutely horrible experience with customer service as well. I bought it with the expectation I'd get it within a few days and it ended up taking nearly 2 weeks! For two of those days the tracking said it was at the store but when the pickup wouldn't update to tell me to come in I tried calling customer service to see if they could contact the store to have them look for it. Turns out zero of the customer service lines I went through actually worked in the store and they said they had no way of contacting the store itself which I was amazed by- like you work for the same company but there's no behind the scenes number you an call your own stores? And there isn't a public number either? They also kept giving conflicting information- while one of the first customer service members were able to give me the direct tracking info so I could watch it move through the mail system, another said they couldn't see any of that when I swore up and down it said it had reached the store. I was literally a day away from going down to the store to demand my watch or $500 back when I finally got an email that it was ready for pickup. One super long wait in the pickup line later and I was given my precious watch. I don't regret buying the watch but next time I'm ordering it from Garmin directly. Also yes this works with the Garmin HRM Pro chest strap!

I am thrilled with this watch, as it boasts a plethora of fantastic features. The standout feature for me is its exceptional battery life, which provides ample warning before needing a recharge. In some instances, it can last a day before requiring charging again. Additionally, this watch offers ECG monitoring, allows text messages and phone calls to be received, is comfortable to wear, and has an aesthetically pleasing design. I find it superior to the Apple Watch, especially considering its more affordable price point.

Took a little time to figure out at the capabilities this watch had, but afterwards it has been great. I love the look of this watch and it has been such a huge plus in my fitness journey. Love this watch!!

A beautiful watch with Garmin’s most up to date features. The bezel has a stunning appearance, the screen is bright with brilliant resolution and it comes in 2 sizes for fitment preferences. 5 stars for Garmin’s flagship smartwatch. There are so many options from Garmin these days that it really depends on who you are and what you do. Unlike the completion that makes you pretty much conform to their products. I have had the VivoActive3 and Fenix Series and they each served a great purpose (VivoActive was an affordable activity tracker smartwatch, Fenix is an amazingly durable everything smartwatch with long battery life and this is a classy everyday smartwatch with activity tracking and updates biometric tracking). Garmin really is the most innovative smartwatch maker and most accurate tracker.
