The Venu looks great on and off the wrist. The Garmin app for the phone is well laid out and easy to use/configure. The watch itself is were things begin to go south. The heart rate sensor seemed accurate but slow, the stress parameter stayed exceedingly high even though I wasn't stressed in anyway. The body battery parameter flat lined 3 times at 5% and would not change even after sleep. Contacted Garmin and they recommended resetting the watch. The reset worked, but the next day it flat lined again. Googled the problem and quickly found that others are experiencing the exact issue with the Venu. There was a couple of software updates that occurred, however none improved the heart rate, stress and body battery parameters and the watch still needed to be reset every day. The menu system was not very logical either. Decided to return the watch and look into other options.
