Purchased this to track things such as heart rate and steps, this is a very sleek, customizable, and easy to use watch! The watch face is customizable on the app and there is countless options to choose from. You can even add your favorite activity (mine is hiking) and it tracks your movement during that activity! It is AMAZING!

A very useful tool in addition to a watch. Simplified what I needed for my workouts or walks, and tracks all of the details that I need. Have not stretched it with other uses, but truly enjoy the mix of music on the phone and my Shokz headphones.

Buys this instead, I know its like twice as much, but it is well worth it. Its twice as nice, I had so many issues with my FitBit, I have had ZERO issues with this watch, and much more accurrate from a Heart Rate and calorie tracking perspective. Highly recommend spending a little bit more for this one right here

I bought this primarily for the golf feature. It provides lots of data for analysis. Found all the health data interesting. Would be better if display timeout was adjustable, I find that another second or 2 of display time before it blanks would be beneficial.

I had been a gen 1 Apple Watch user since it came out. The watch was showing its age, and it was time to upgrade. I thought a change to the Garmin Venu was the move for me. The positives: The watch is aesthetically pleasing. The 43mm size is perfect and the styling is nice. It is light weight and comfortable to wear. The band offers a lot of adjustments for a perfect fit. The AMOLED screen is clear and bright. Everything was easy to read. The battery life is awesome. That is about all the positive I have to say. The negatives: Hang with me because there are a few. To say the Venu is compatible with an iOS device is like saying you can take a part off of a Toyota to fix a BMW because they are both cars. It took multiple attempts to discover the device with my phone on initial setup. The watch also did not want to connect to my WiFi in order to get some of the other features. The Garmin Connect and Garmin Connect Store apps are just ok. With the app open, the watch is supposed to connect via Bluetooth. The watch would constantly connect and disconnect all day even with the app open. The watch failed to sync on a daily basis. This was how it was supposed to track fitness throughout the day. I had to turn Bluetooth off and on to kick start the process to sync data, but even then, things would not update. The temperature showed to be 46 degrees for over 36 hours because of the sync failures. I bought the Venu for its integrated Spotify app, and I could never get it to work or recognize the watch. The final straw on returning the Venu is that I could not make a simple update to the watch face. I wanted to delete one piece of data to swap for another. I got sync failures for 20 minutes. In that time, I even tried to forget the watch and start all over. It still did not solve the problem. If you have anything in an Apple Ecosystem (iPhone), the Garmin is not for you. Until Apple and Garmin can having a meeting of the minds and figure out the integration, it is not worth your time or money to buy this watch. I returned it within a week and went back to an Apple Watch.

This thing does it all. Not sure how it alerts to stress, but it does, and is accurate. The App Store has many different apps (like a fever app), which make this watch even cooler. I added a metal band to make it a bit more dressy.

Good battery life. 5 days or so if not using the GPS. Very customizable. It is a Garmin and getting the quality the I expected from them. The only thing I would like is to be able to show a map of the area I am walking in.

Bought this as a upgrade for a Garmin VivoactiveHR. Primary use is to log gym workouts and bicycle rides. Liked the display and widget navigation. Might be my personal physiology but the heart rate values were wildly erratic. Resting heart rate seemed accurate but during activities displayed heart rate was very high (compared to manual counting and chest strap values. Just changing from cardio to non-activity on the watch showed a big difference with consistent cardio workout. I updated to latest firmware, tried all the suggestions on the garmin support forum. Returning.

This watch does everything I need, tracks steps, sleep, activity, reminds me to get moving, I can even pay for my Starbucks! I would highly recommend protection for display and bezel. I scratched the bezel the first day, but you can't see it with the protection covering it.

Does everything that I want. I can download music on it so I don't need to have my phone on me while I jog (16gb) I can customize the watch face and put pictures I want but I do wish I could have a few more options. But overall its a great watch

Great smart watch. Captures my stats accurately unlike my Fitbit Versa. Syncs information effortlessly with my phone. Love the amoled screen which is still readable when outside. Even though I am petite, it doesn't look huge on my wrist.

This is my third Garmin watch and am very happy with them in every way possible, except the one little band holding the watch strap together breaking and Best Buy not being able to fix that one little problem.

Satisfied with watch as I didn’t want to dish out for an Apple Watch. Works well for what I was looking for in tracking workouts. Not slit if apps out there for actual strength workouts but this watch has it and works well.
