I love this fitness watch and all the features it contains

I got as a gift for my sister. She is in love she refuses to put it on the side she wearing the watch everywhere including when she asleep

Having left another big brand behind I was prepared for a steep learning curve and fewer features than I had before. I was pleasantly surprised by how well thought out the software is and how accessible the information is organized. The only thing that I would change is to make the bands slightly longer because I had to replace mine .

Good watch, accurate readings and motivation reminders thru out the day. Battery life is great.

A great product, this is my second Venu SQ. The Venu SQ links easily to Apple phone easily and tracks the typical biometrics as well as SPO2. Don’t buy it from Best Buy they are a rac1st Organization.

I'm not convinced this does anything but make numbers up based on some preprogrammed algorithm rather than actually measuring any vital signs. An hour of pretty intense incline treadmill jogging where I'm huffing and puffing due to the exertion? Measured maximum heart rate of 70. 4 hours of restless sleep tossing and turning broken up by hours of helplessly staring at the bedside clock? Watch "detects" 9 hours of sleep and claims body battery recharged to 90. Guess I woke up feeling terrible because I was so well rested and only dreamed I was lying in bed staring at the ceiling all night. The only features that seem to actually work are the time, phone notifications and garmin pay. Do those three features justify the price? That's up to you to decide.

This watch has everything that I wanted to have one for. No complaints.

Great watch, nice size and has great clear screen. Easy to navigate, the gosh is a great touch for when I am running. It was a great purchase.

Newer user unboxed item easily and it's startup was a no brainer, it functioned with no real difficulties basically. The OS apps: Connect and IQ were easily set, individual editing required more attention within distance to my smartphone. I have yet to use watch away/apart from my smartphone, pending. Garmen Pay wasn't good with my payment options even though the list is long.

I'm still learning things about the watch but what I know now works great for me.

The Garmin watch works well. There are many features that keeps you interested in paying attention to your health activities.

Functional watch, but the brightness settings kill it for me. Brightness settings are Low, Med, High. However each one is adaptive brightness. Adaptive brightness should be an option, not mandatory. I struggle to read the screen in low light situations since it brings the brightness of the screen down so much (even on the High setting). If this makes it back to Garmin, this needs to be addressed in a software update. There are forum entries about this for over a year now and still nothing has been done to address it. I don't use adaptive brightness on my phone for the same reason, don't force it onto my watch. Currently unhappy about my purchase.
