I love my watch! The only thing I wish I was able to do is call and answer calls (talk) on the watch. Customer service could have been better when I was in the store. I waited 10-20 minutes before someone came over to help me get the watch even after talking to the greeter at the door.

Its ok. I went from a Samsung watch to this. Really wanted to return it and get another Samsung watch. Its ok for the money but all i really use it for is the time, date and notifications which the writing on the screen is so small you can hardly read it. It would be nice to have something in the settings to make the font bigger.

This watch is one of the best one I have used. The display on the phone is easy to understand and view as well. I have purchase the Fitbit Sense but did not reach my best feed back. It fell on me twice in one year. Not a good watch to purchase for the money. I really like the Garmin, easy to work and the option are nice to use.

Garmin Upgrade from a step counter

A seamless upgrade from my Vivosmart HR. More Health and Performance data points, large screen allows viewing of entire push notifications on phone and band seems sturdy. My only issue is that Best Buy would not ship to HI (although it would an Apple Watch?) so I had to ship to the mainland and pay an extra $16 to then ship it here. Oh yes, BB matched the much lower Amazon price to make the deal worthwhile.

I like the square shape of this fitness watch, and its price is very reasonable. The battery life is good for more than two weeks if you only use it occasionally for exercise. There are many features, but they do take some time to figure out.

Nice looking and love the large digital tune face. It gives lots of info when swiping the screen but I have old eyes so like to check the app for watch info instead. The battery needs charging more frequent than my previous garmin but that’s because of all the data passing through it

Doesn't Always Record Your Step Activity

I generally like my Garmin, and I would have given it 5 stars. However, I have noticed that when I cut my lawn with the mower, the Garmin does not record those steps. So I can be out cutting grass for an hour or two, and none of my steps are being recorded. It's very strange.
