Its simple to use and I set it up within minutes. I started out by entering my goals which I soon found myself changing those goals and it was so simple to change.

Bought this for spouse for birthday and read good reviews. She has enjoyed it and wears everyday. Easy to use and dashboard provides information relevant to activities.

I am allergic to nickel. Cannot wear standard watch. Tracker keeps me aware of movement, time, sleep & calories. Love it!!!

I have one and purchased two as gifts for friends.

Bought the garmin for my wife. She feels it's a little bulky. She doesn't like how you have to preset your sleep time. She prefers the older model. Every night before you go to bed you put the garmin manually in sleep mode. In the morning you took the garmin out of sleep mode. She doesn't have a set sleep or wake time. So she feels her reading for sleep isn't accurate. She feels the technology is better than the older model.

I gave this as a Christmas gift to my son. He wanted an activity tracker and has been very pleased with this one. He uses it to keep track of his steps. He is thrilled at how well it syncs with his cell phone.

Love my vivofit 3....it has everything I was looking for in a tracker. And best of all it doesn't have to be recharged every few days...it has a 1 year battery!

No charging needed, you put it on and never have to take it off. The activity tracker synchs via bluetooth to my iPhone with ease.

I got this for my wife, to replace her fitbit that got water damaged. She loves the vivofit3. Especially that she can swim with it! She also likes the fact that she can change the bands to match her outfits.

This is my 3rd Garmin Activity Tracker. One of the best on the market, will not even consider another brand, the app is amazing and gives a wonderful overview. The big plus is the wonderful battery life.

I read the reviews before making this purchase, it keeps track of my work outs and sleep. Cant ask for a better fitness coach.

My daughter loves her new fitness tracker. A friend has one and is pleased--that's how we picked it. Two more friends have now purchased on our recommendation. The friends like to compete with step count. We attempted to use the app with an old iPad, but it didn't work. I was impressed with Geek Squad who said the Bluetooth on older iPads tends to get weak. He installed it on my phone for me and taught me a few things. I was thankful they did this for no charge.

I love it. Keeps track of my steps, activity, and sleep and more. I think it's more accurate than the fitbit. And I get to see my daily activity right on my phone. I got my boyfriend one.

Had to replace my old Garmin Vivofit that had fianlly given up after four years. Found that the Vivofit 3 fit my wants. Was easy to get started and works well. A great replacement!

I got this as a Christmas gift for my 11 year old son. He enjoys tracking his steps and the watch time function. He really hasn't used mobile dashboard very much; I'm sure we'll get to that next.

It's great because I never have to charge or take it off, replacing a battery once a year is so much easier than remembering to charge it regularly

Works well for the cost. Have some sync issues with the phone app but overall satisfied. Waterproof is a valuable asset.

A nice watch and step counter. I like the fact that it has a battery and you don't have to charge it.
