Does what it's designed to do

I like the fact that you don't have to charge the unit, but dislike the fact that the locking mechanism is difficult to use and the app and sync feature leaves a lot to be desired.

Not very accurate

But I wound up returning it because it was totally inaccurate (by a lot) with my steps. I would get close to 1000 steps just driving over the Buckman Bridge (3 miles) & while getting ready in the morning in the shower and standing at the sink. I did LOVE the battery that lasts for 1 year without the need for charging and the fact that it was waterproof
