Garmin also has limited support on troubleshooting with the watch.

There is a huge problem if it cannot keep ateps straight. It also will not count the steps if you are carrying items and unable to swing your arms. Pay a little more and get a better product.

Posted .We appreciate you reviewing your vivofit. Your steps accumulated and the goal you have set on your device will not necessarily match up every day, and likely won't most of the time. These are separate numbers from one another.
Since the vivofit is a wrist-worn device it will require the user to swing their arm in order to track steps.
