Regarding the message "no wifi access" we are not sure where you are seeing this message. The device does not have Wi-Fi accessibility nor will this message appear on the mobile app that you would use with your device. However if you are getting that message on a Garmin product we would encourage you to reach out to Garmin Customer Care for support on that issue.

Posted .Thank you for your review. We did want to address the trouble you had with the touchscreen. A quick software update on your vívosmart would likely have corrected this. An update was released on Dec. 17th which did address an issue we were made aware of in which the touchscreen may sometimes appear temporarily unresponsive, and enhanced the overall responsiveness of the screen.
