I got my vivosmart about a month ago and absolutely love it. I have found that it is fairly accurate whether I am walking at work, going for a run, or playing ultimate. I love that it has the ability to see message from your phone, as well as the ability to find your phone and its goal setting. Also really like the community goals.

Love this product. Band fits my small wrist very well. I love the lighted display. I don't have to open an app to check my steps or distance. I also love the blue tooth feature. Any alert you sent to your phone will come across the band. If my phone is in my purse, I can still read my text messages and see who is calling by glancing at my wrist. My friends all bought the fit bit and are wishing now that they had researched further and bought the vivosmart. I didn't give it 5 stars because there was not an instruction booklet and I watched you tube videos to figure it out.

Bought this as a gift for my son. He loves to track his steps and activity. He loves the fact that it syncs with his phone and that he can get his texts on his wrist. This is the second Garmin tracker that I have bought and I have been very pleased.

BE SURE TO CHECK THE SIZE BEFORE YOU BUY - had to return it and buy the Large - otherwise affordable activity tracker, works well, pretty accurate

Love the fit, display and bluetooth capabilities, however I have found that bluetooth kills my iphone battery so I only turn it on when necessary.

Looks good long lasting battery. Seems too sensitive to steps counting unearned steps from just moving. Still like this better than the other ones.

I wore out my last two Vivosmart trackers purchased over the span of two years so this is my THIRD one. I researched new models and still came to this one for simplicity..both wearing and charging. My charge lasts appx 6-7 days. I learned to take it off when showering and cleaning so the screen doesn't wear out so quickly. I have never liked wearing watch bands so the bracelet is another feature I love. The alerts are great for work when my phone is at my desk and I'm in another office or meetings, same for hiking & running so I don't have to carry my phone in my hand and can see who is buzzing me. I love Garmin's platform so will continue to see what's next.

I bought the VivoSmart about 2 or 3 months ago and love it! The charge lasts about a week (usually a day or two more) and I haven't had any issues at all with syncing or getting my messages. At first I almost went with the Fitbit since I saw a few reviews that said to wait for v2 of this band, but I'm glad I gave it a shot. I have an iPhone and only ever had one issue with my messages when the app was updated and I hadn't updated my phone yet. Updated my phone and it fixed the issue instantly. The fireworks you get when you reach your goal are surprisingly motivating and now that both my sisters have purchased Garmin bands in the last two weeks we compete on our daily counts. Also love how well it interfaces with MyFitnessPal. It's smart enough that if I walk enough to burn more calories that my daily estimate from MFP, it adds those calories as extra exercise once again motivating me. I've never had an issue with it falling off my wrist and now I couldn't live without the vibrating alarm. My husband loves that he doesn't have to wake up to my alarm since I'm a snoozer. All in all, well worth the extra money.

Easy to use and to sync, keeps you well on your toes and challenged and it is also awesome that you can see it during the day or during the night!

I didn't know of I would like an activity tracker but this is so much more. Love not missing calls when my phone is on silent or seeing text come through. I can choose without grabbing my phone whether to respond or not. All on my wrist. And I don't feel it on my wrist either. Wonderful battery life.

Pretty good overall product. The only issue is it loses Bluetooth connection often and won't connect to app easily to download info.

Simple screen, easy to use, very motivating! Calories may be off a little but distance seems to be pretty accurate. Very comfy band, and comfy to wear to bed to track sleep. Pretty cool!

My husband bought me the vivosmart for my birthday. I have owned and used it for 3 weeks straight now and have really enjoyed using it. It has helped me stay focused on staying active throughout the day and to reach my daily steps goal. It seems to be pretty accurate on steps and calories burned with the built in GPS. Battery life is great with about 6-7 days of normal use before you have to charge it. If you use the running feature and GPS tracking, I'm sure it would use the battery a lot quicker. The band is pretty with the purple color I got and very comfortable to wear 24 hours a day. It tracks my sleep cycles (even though I don't understand how to read them yet) throughout the night. My husband said he chose this activity tracker over other brands because of the GPS tracking that the fitbit and others don't have and also the touch screen as well that fitbit and others don't have. I would highly recommend the vivosmart to others.

The product works well and is easy to set up and use. I gave the product a 3 rating because after 9-10 months, the screen stopped working and would no longer allow me to swipe. I had to bring the product into the store and have it replaced through the warranty. I am hoping I don't run into the same issue with the new one.

Very simple to set up. Really like enjoy the extra functions Being able to see who is calling or messaging is a real bonus.

I have looked a numerous fitness bands and talked with friends about theirs as well. I want one that would replace my watch, measure steps, and serve as a stopwatch for my specific exercise periods. This one does it all.

All my friends who have the Fitbit are jealous. The Vivosmart automatically tracks sleep, alerts me to texts and calls, controls my music player, and gives my run stats as well as overall daily steps and calories.

This really works. I find myself being more active to meet my daily steps goal. I love the small size, it's not bulky on my arm like some of the others. Also like that it alerts me to texts and phone calls. Only downside is that you have to charge it about once a week.

Great fitness band after the last update. Initial syncing is problematic but once you figure it out it's great. The last update offers alarms and many customizations. The texts and notifications are great too.

Best gift I have received -- I love it!! It has definitely helped me get more active!! I love all the features. I have only had it for a month and it only comes off when I shower or when it needs charging!!
