The garmin Vivismart HR is exactly what I was looking for. It keeps track of my heart rate all day & night as well as activity & sleep. I love that it's waterproof.

After going thru several of the first model of the vivosmart, this one is a huge improvement. Its durable and easier to read, and the heart rate monitor is super handy.

It's a great watch . I like that you don't have to worry about getting it wet . It has slot of great functions .

My experience with the Garmin fitness tracker has been met with mixed feelings. I like the heart rate sensor, the notifications and some of the other widgets. But it seems like the device falls out of sync with the phone too often, making the phone driven apps unusable. I should have to constantly pulling up the phone app to get the watch working as it should.

This is my first fitness tracking device, and i am very happy. As someone who is not a fitness guru, and just wants to be more aware of my sleep and activity, this unit does exactly what I need. The only reason I am giving this a 4 instead of 5 is because the display is not the easiest to read, especially in low light. My only other objection is that it uses a proprietary charger instead of micro usb, and you have to take it off to charge it.

This is A Good Activity Tracker Watch for someone that does not need all the bells and whistles of a high end activity tracker watch.

Works well and is tracking steps good. Sleep tracker is not as good as Fitbit's. Overall a good product.

I have had a few other fitness trackers, and I think this is one of the best. If you turn off the heart rate monitor, you do get a much longer battery life.

This is great for tracking everything from walking to sleeping to my heart rate while working out.

Had a fitbit that was junk and switched over to this. Much more sturdy, plus I can swim with it.

I just want to say this product is great It's super easy to use and easy to read. Nice easy adjustable strap from your wrist. I'm happy with it.

Can't give 5 stars. 2 device exchanged in 2 months coz garmins has backlights screen problems

Overall this is a good start in the right direction with two flaws. The first flaw is step counting. Anytime my left wrist move a certain amount of time, the step counter counts it as a step reguardless if I walked or not. This is a huge impact for me as my native language is Americans Sign Language. My left hand is always moving as I communicate via my hands. This causes an inaccuracy of the amount of step taken. Comparing with another step tracker, sometime there's a different within 300-500 steps. Another flaw is the heart rate monitor. I noticed my heart rate was off on more than one occasion. So I decided to do an experiment and leave the activity tracker on my overnight stand just to see what result I would get. Instead of a zero reading, I had quite a few heart rate counting and several calories burned...even though it was not measuring anything. Again great potentional, but two flaws. The free app that allows you to read all of your activities is also great, but needs improvements. I want to be able to set the amount of calories I want to eat, not what they automatically set for me. Also, I want to input calories into the app without using a third party app.

I teach water aerobics several times a week and my Garmin works great I have had it a year now!

Does what is says it will do. Love that I can swim in it. Wish I would track mileage.

I traded my fit bit for garmen. Love that it's waterproof. No more worrying about it

We tried the Apple Watch for two weeks and didn't think it was worth the money. My husband got this instead and has loved it the last 2 months.
