This product is over rated. Granted it is stronger then the Fitbit's. I had one of them & it broke within 6 months. The durability is better on the Garmin then the Fitbit but that really isn't saying much. I also question the accuracy of the heart rate. Also, I feel the cost is too much for what you are getting. You are much better off with the Apple watch (for a few dollars more).
