Small/medium fits wrists with a circumference of 107-177 mm
Large size fits wrists 138-215 mm in circumference
One size fits most fits wrists with a circumference of 127-204 mm
One size fits most (Italian leather) fits wrists with a circumference of 125-196 mm
Two sizes includes a small and large adjustment band with one buckle; fits wrists 107-215 mm in circumference

I was looking for a watch with built-in GPS and Garmin had such a wonderful reputation. However, the display is not sharp but very dull. The GPS can take a very long time to connect. I then purchased a FitBit Ionic and am SO happy with it. Screen is crisp and sharp and GPS connects instantaneously.
