    OK for music but forget audiobooks

    After got this so I could listen to audiobooks while hiking rather than the less expensive model. After attempting unsuccessfully to load audiobooks from iTunes (the recommended app for loading media) I called support only to find out it wasn’t possible. I went to Audible to see if there was another approach only to find the device wasn’t supported by the Audible app either. I also had a problem pairing with my Bluetooth earbuds. That didn’t work either although it pains fine with my iPad.

      It may depend on how much free space you have on the device. Audio book files tend to be very large. You may want to go to support.garmin.com where you can reach out directly to a product support specialist for assistance.

    I like the many features of the watch but the floor counter is way off. Garmin tries to provide suggestions to make it more accurate but none of the suggestions work.

    Very hard to set, ended yp returning and got a fit it versa, never could get it to take my correct dob during set up

    This product stopped working properly. Would not sync and would not play my music. Retuned to Best Buy for exchange.

    The ability to stream spotify playlists and listen to music with bluetooth headphones without running with a phone is amazing!

    So i liked this watch a lot , i returned because unless my phone was next or in my pocket the Bluetooth would disconnect .

    I honestly have no idea how Garmin can sell these for this price. I've never been so disappointed taking something out of the box. It's a plastic toy compared to other things in this price range. The watch itself is so tiny and just...cheap plastic. This thing can't last long. I basically took it out of the box, saw it, and boxed it all back up to return the next day.

    Top End, Smart Functionality, and Quality Build

    To say I'm impressed is understatement. GPS - 10/10 - Very accurate and fast to connect to satellites. No issues with pinpoint accuracy from start to finish. Garmin Connect app shows running splits to show where my speeds were during my run. Music Player - 9/10 - 4GB storage translated to 3.86GB of open space when plugging it into my computer. Would've been a perfect 10 if I could create playlists from my watch, but it requires a media player such as Windows Media Player or Garmin Express to do so. Steps Counter - 10/10 - 100% accuracy thus far. Stress Counter - 9/10 - 99% accuracy thus far. Battery Life - 10/10 - Overnight battery usage is about 2%-3%. GPS usage is a little more costly, about 5% of my battery was used during a 20 minute run. Heart Rate Monitor - 10/10 - 100% accuracy and capability to show the last 4 hours of HR tracking through the watch. Touchscreen - 8/10 - Scrolling and selecting is not as precise and easy as it is with other smartwatches, but is a non issue. Customizable Options - 10/10 - Watch face, widget display options, color schemes, and more are all able to be customized. Many are customizable through the watch and some options are available through third party providers. Comfort Level - 9/10 - As or more comfortable than wearing any other watch for extended periods of time. Style - 10/10 - Discreet and stylish. Hard to tell it is a sport watch by just looks. Garmin Connect App - 10/10 - Fun app to explore and many options to view and track progress. Phone Pairing - 10/10 - Customizable notifications and real time alerts to texts, emails, phone calls, etc. Water Resistance - 9/10 - In my experience a perfect 10 but I have not exposed the watch to rain, shower, etc. Sweat has not been an issue and during training I sweat a lot. Reviews from across the web claim it does not perform well in the shower but that rain provided no issues. There is no competition. Do not waste your money or hope on a FitBit, Samsung, or Apple product to stand up to what this watch can offer especially when considering price.

    The watch is light and functional. However, only able to sync music through a handful of apps. if you use prime music or google play you are screwed. Can only create playlist thru paid iheartmusic subscription or a few other paid services. Not willing to pay for another subscription. exchanging this for Samsung smartwatch.

    I purchased this because my other garmin running watch died a week before my race. This one works ok...but after a year and a half, it doesn't hold its charge very well and doesn't stay connected when connected to my phone. Very frustrating. The music sync doesn't work.

    Bought this before I went on a trip overseas. Unfortunately it was past the time of being able to return it. Wearing it more than 12 hours at a time, the sensor on the back would burn a circle onto my skin. Would never purchase again. Waste of $200.
