This replaced the Vivoactive HR, as the plastic case broke. This has a metal case. Battery lasts typically a week. Lots of data available with smartphone connection - heartrate graph, activities stats with mapped route, sleep data awake/light and deep sleep/rem, steps, miles, calories, many on watch aps and widgets- weather, compass.....

It is an every day fitness tracker with all the necessary features for this type of device, and with a few more tweaks it could be a great watch. The battery life has held at about a week. It's light and the display readable. It has internal memory to hold a number of workouts, and also GPS.

I purchased the watch to track various exercises. It has done a remarkable job. I did work with one of the Geek Squad members to help me better utilize the watch for my specific needs. the individual did a great job helping me out. I am glad I have the watch and happy that there was someone available within Best Buy to assist me with my use of the watch.

Garmin Vivoactive 3 is a good sport watch. It has built in gps and heart rate monitor. It works great in sunlight. Battery life is like most smart watches and only lasts 2-3 days.It can give quick responses to texts but only those supplied. It can not answer a call. Overall it is a quality watch.

Please see the link below for maximizing your battery life. As well, you should be able to 'Accept' the call on the device you would just need a Bluetooth headset paired with your phone or speak into the phone for the call.

I love my Garmin VivoActive 3. Right out of the box, I had to update it to the latest software version to get my text and email notifications. But it only took 10-15 minutes. I really like that it can auto detects when I go on walks and forget to set the activity. The custom screen is pretty cool too. The screen is easy to read. I don't notice it on my wrist much, which is nice cause I normally get annoyed with watches.

I've used this watch since I bought it June, 2018. Still running well today and the battery lasts just as long. I do optimize but not running a ton of the features but I still like it and it is holding up much better than my previous fitbits. I'm hoping that it continues to run well and I don't have any problems with it.

My wife wanted me to have this for Christmas and I am very happy she did. I previously owned a VivoSmart HR but was disappointed with the included apps and lack of GPS. This watch has it all. I currently use it to track my walks and the GPS mapping feature is super cool. I plan to use it soon with the biking app. All the features I need and many I don't, but who knows, I may end up using them all.

This is great for monitoring my workouts which include one- mile pool swims, elliptical workouts and both indoor and outdoor bicycling, Its good as a pedometer and for walking stairs too. GPS is great for outdoor cycling and the timer and stop watch features are handy. Easy interface with the website loaded on phone gives nice easy read out of daily activities.

I’ve owned a Vivoactive 3 for almost 2 years. When I lost my first one while waterskiing, I bought an identical one to replace it. So many features including walking, golf, weight lifting, yoga, and cardio. Even phone messages can be displayed. You can install multiple watch faces so that you have whatever information you want displayed.

Keeps track of everything I need - Activities and how my body reacts to them. Wanted a smart watch with built in GPS that would not drain my phone - works great. Took one star off for battery life when working out long days with GPS I get around 3-4 days (was hoping for 5-6 days) between charges / get 6-7 days if not using GPS.

I love this watch. First, I can't go to a different brand because i love the garmin app interface, nothing better than that for me. I like that this watch tracks more than just running, and I use it for my dog walks, bike ride, and treadmill and other workouts. It is pretty accurate and I love the way it looks.
