Great for running, swimming & cycling.

If you are a runner it ihas a great treadmill calibration and is spot on when it comes to distance. I will say that if you do not like run, cycle or swim much, this may not be your type of watch. Indoor workouts heart rate monitor is a hit or miss, and anything that requires a lot of wrist flexion like weight lifting and yoga maybe render the watch uncomfortable.

I like the ability to change the watch face with tons of faces available. It also alerts me to get moving to keep on my activity schedule. I own other Garmin products and find their technology and quality superb.

I got away from wearing a watch several years ago when cell phones took over. I saw everyone else with smart watches. Now that I have this one I get it. This watch tells you when you get a notification text or call. It also tells about your health and activity level. Pretty awesome. It was on sale and pretty inexpensive but very good.
