Get it!! I have been looking to get a smart watch for a long time and have been put off by the price of the expensive ones and the inability to function cheap ones. Well this is a great fit, it is feature rich, lots of watch faces to download, apps that work, and if you are a golfer looking for a yardage device I have played several rounds and it is as accurate as the expensive GPS and laser pointers!!

Picked this over the Fitbit Charge 4

Bought this and the Fitbit charge 4 for my wife. I let her decide which one to keep. She liked this one more. This band is more comfortable and for a "bigger" watch, it was very light weight. She also likes the features of the Garmin over the Fitbit. She had a Fitbit Charge HR before but had problems with pairing it to the phone and app. So far, no problems with the Garmin. This made for a great Mother's Day present!

A great smartwatch at a fraction of the cost...

Full featured smartwatch with all sorts of fitness tracking options and it's own GPS! And best of all you can have it at a fraction of cost of the big names (Ap*** and Sa*****). Battery life could be a bit better, but I'm fiddling around with it a lot right now, which I'm sure burns through the battery, Hopefully it will get better as I settle in to regular use. Thousands (literally) of faces to choose from plus widgets and apps for just about anything.

I decided to save a few bucks and try this instead of an Apple Watch. While this smart watch was light weight, worked well and seemed well made. Using it just reminded me that it was not what I wanted. So I returned it and got an Apple Watch series 3. It’s only 30$ more on sale now. As an apple user, the Apple Watch is just a better product. For anyone else, or someone who does not care about it working with your phone, this is a good fitness pal.

The watch is very accurate when it comes to measuring your heart rate, stress level, and your activity level. Another great feature during set up is you can set which way you want the button on the side of the watch to face. The only annoying thing is no matter which way you decide to have the button on the watch facing, when you bend your wrist it will get pushed either with the top of your hand or it with your forearm changing it to another screen. Overall though, I am extremely happy with it.

One of the main reasons I purchased the first fitness tracker from Garmin was because it was one the few that were truly waterproof at the time. This is what drove me to Garmin again and as advertised it is perfect for me. I dont have to worry about taking it off for showering or swimming which we do all summer long. The complaints which i have read from previous reviews are silly. I have no issues manuevering around on the watch - no syncing issues or any problems for that matter. Right out of the box it has worked perfectly - I love it.!!!

I purchased the watch for my weight lifting routines But, in that regard, it has proven disappointing. The Garmin designed routines on the watch are quite well-designed for such things as heart rate, walking and running, monitoring incoming emails, et al., but I found them clumsy and inaccurate for weight lifting. While I still use the watch for its other functions and my occasional use of the treadmill, I have discontinued is use for weight routines.

My previous fitness tracker was the Polar M400 - which worked really well but the price and functions of this smartwatch were too good to pass up. I was a little leery of the stainless stell bezel but now that it is on my wrist - it looks great. It is lightweight. I have some learning to do to know the full functionality of the tracker amd I do like the Garmin Connect. I also was able to connect the Polar HR7 so I have a more accurate heart-rate reading during strenuous exercise. Love this so far.

I have been using this watch for about a month now. The watch face is “dark” when not in light like others say, but I bought it to look good and be functional when doing activities, and for that it’s awesome. It syncs with my workout app and with one push of a button I’m doing my workout that my trainer has created on a different app. I highly recommend for people who want a good looking watch that comes with the great power and accuracy of Garmin.

Looks great and love a customizable watch face. Sometimes desyncs from phone and also never have GPS and its often inaccurate. Read a 21 mile bike ride as 4 miles. But I did get a previous generation and one of the lowest priced products. Battery does not last long.

I generally like the watch very much and recommend it, but have some non-major challenges from time to time with navigating watch features and using the app. For example, side swipe stopped working while golfing, when I know I didn't change any settings. I also am not a fan of having separate Garmin Connect and Garmin Golf apps. On the other hand, I am happy with the watch fit, the size of the watch face on my wrist, and battery life.

I bought this smartwatch as a Christmas gift for my dad and he absolutely loves it! He had a Suunto Traverse, which he loves, but was also wanting a smartwatch with a color display; it was much lighter than his Suunto and more customizable. I would recommend this as a great entry-level smartwatch especially for those who are fitness junkies like my dad and I. I took one star off because the display could have a better resolution like its competitors.

I come from the first Vivoactive, which I absolutely loved. Light and let me keep track of running, walking & golfing. Couldn't ask for more except HR. I got this to upgrade my Vivoactive and all I can say is it's even better. Still light, much better look, and does everything I want it to do plus more. If into multisports this is the fitness watch for you.
