As a runner I thought I don’t need gadgets to get me through my workout. Although I don’t need it to help me through my workout it has provided me with so much more information about my runs and activities and it has boosted not only my drive but my performance. I’ve been coasting for way too long and my garmin showed me that i have the potential to do more than I expected. I know...it sounds cheesy...i can’t believe it either hahaha
