This watch was decent; however, compared to other watches I've had it's lacking in some areas. Ultimately, I returned because screen was too dim.

Upgraded from Garmin HR which was very comfortable on my wrist. This watch face is large which makes the watch band sit on my wrist bone. If I start having pain in my wrist, I will stop wearing it.

For best results the band should be worn above the wrist bone more towards the elbow.

Works ok, does not track stairs well at all. Battery life is just ok, two to three days tops. Wish someone made one that did everything they are suppose to do and have battery life that would last at least a week.

Exercise features are great. Notifications work well. Altimeter should be better for cost of it. Doesn't count floors climbed accurately. Heart rate monitor needs work. Co-worker has exact same one. Same issues.

Bought this after my old smart watch broke. Screen was hard to see and screen was very laggy. Traded in for a Galaxy Sport watch.

I am not sure what has been more disappointing with this product, the lack of battery life, the random glitches with needing to continuously turn off and on Bluetooth to get it to sync to the app, or the lack of responsiveness from Garmin support. I have tried contacting them about these issues and gotten no help or feedback. I have had such good success with other Garmin products that I was excited for this one to come out. This experience has left me wondering if I should look elsewhere...

It’s good but it’s pricy for what it does. Connection was spotty and the watch it self feels clunky, not exactly what I thought it’d be

This watch was nice enough but lacked some features I wanted. ie did not have feature to remind me to get up & exercise every hour. Thisw was the deal breaker for me so kept my old watch.

It is a bit slow to the touch, the battery lasts about 2 days. I honestly don't like it. If you want a real smart watch, buy Samsung.

Nice fit and aesthetics. Unfortunately, it was not accurate with the HR or step tracking. I walked up and down 10 flights of stairs and it registered 0 floors climbed. HR did not capture accurately. Would be 68-80 resting. The GPS takes 2-3 minutes to pick up. Too many issues for this price. I returned it.
