I am used to the Fitbit but now i know that it was missing some key information that the garmin gives you and doesnt charge you extra!

It has a lot of nice features, but I'm not sure how accurate the sleep tracker is. I had a Fitbit previously and liked the how it would sync automatically. This says it has a auto sync but I keep getting notifications on my phone to sync. This watch offers all kinds of metrics.

Not intuitive if coming from Apple Watch

It is not easy to use, not easy to find apps, there is no airplane mode if you want to lower EMF exposure, you cannot click on anything on the main screen to go to it, it does not check body temp, not user friendly, overall I returned it after wearing it for a day. There were too many things missing, it was too difficult to start and end workouts, it did not track my steps accurately when walking around my home, and the functionality did not make sense to me.
