Customers are saying

Customers recognize the vívofit 2 Activity Tracker's exceptional battery life and ease of use as significant advantages. Many appreciate its water resistance and sleep tracking capabilities, while some find the syncing process challenging and express a desire for a heart rate monitor. The device's size and clasp have also received mixed feedback. Overall, the positive aspects of battery life and ease of use appear to outweigh the concerns regarding syncing and the lack of a heart rate monitor for many users.

Excellent tracker. Easy to use. Great not to have to charge battery. Highly recommend over FitBit trackers.

My girlfriend wanted either a Fitbit or Garmin for Christmas. I did a little research and found the Garmin had good reviews and a much better battery life than the Fitbit, so I got one for her ... and they happened to be on sale too. She likes it very much and has not had any problems at all with it. Good purchase as far as she and I are concerned.

I had two different Fitbit Charges last winter and neither one held a charge for more than a few days. Returned both of them. My daughter recommended the Vivofit to me. I decided to try it because of its use of a watch battery and the fact that battery life is supposed to be a year!! So far so good with that. My only problem has been difficulty syncing to my computer for recording, however, this is not that important to me.

After reading lots of reviews I purchased the Vivofit 2 because it was water proof. I do swim with it & it doesn't seem to mind the water, but it doesn't really track swimming or water aerobics very well. It is also rather generous on steps per day. Not sure I am actually moving as much as it says I am, but if I am that's great!! Comfortable but I wish the profile was slimmer. Easy to sync to the smart phone app. Doesn't need to be charged at night which is a bonus! Overall happy with my purchase, so I bought one for my daughter.

Boating, swimming (ocean or fresh), gardening, anything outdoor !! This is the perfect tracker. I bought it put it on and went. That's it - you just go. No worries. I have gone kayaking, swimming in the ocean and in the local pond, boating . Oh and sync issues - have not had any. And there are really nice options for bands, I bought a set of 3 .

The band is an adequate tracker. It seems fairly accurate. It's easy to wear and I like the latch on the band. The button cycles through its functions easily. It lacks an alarm or a variable activity alarm. The place where the VivoFit2 lags is in the app. The app is adequate but not as sophisticated as the Jawbone or FitBit apps.

Toggling between functions on the wristband is a little clunky. The move alert chime is only audible if you are in a dead quiet environment. I paired my Vivofit2 with a Garmin HR chestband. You really have to soak the contacts in order for the devices to work. I wish the wrist unit would alert you to work harder when using the HR zones. The Vivofit2 has a pretty fun, decent, interesting sleep tracker.

I like the vivofit 2 because it functions as a watch as well as a fitness tracker. Doesn't drop steps as bad as my old Fitbit.

I like that it doesn't have to be charged all the time. It takes a watch battery. The clerk pointed to the device and left me to decide. I will get a fitbit next bc it syncs automatically and has many more features. For a first time buyer of an activity tracker, it is good. You can add features you want.

Bought as a gift. Not easy to setup for an individual. Have not been able to figure out how to setup stride length, height weight of user, etc. For a simple device you should not have to spend hours to set it up. Like that it is waterproof, no battery to charge. So far it is a very expensive step counter.

Very good product I bought 2 of these, one for my mother and one for me. She loves that she can change out the bands easily. Close to the same functions as the Fitbit. Would like it to give stairs climbed and the sync for downloading to the computer is sluggish and not automatic when in range of the dongle. Over all I like my Fitbit more but for the money this is a very good buy.
