I love that it's water proof and doesn't have to be charged like a fit bit!

I have read the book, and tried to figure this thing out. But all I can really do is track my steps. The calorie counter is not accurate, and I tried to change my goal for steps and no luck. It stays at about 5000 steps. Even though on average you should walk 10,000 a day.

This is my 4th Garmin fitness product so obviously I'm a fan of their products. I love the fact that I never have to take the vivofit off--it's super-comfortable and I forget it's there. Generally it tracks my movements well, but if my arms aren't moving with my legs I can get cheated big time--cleaning house, shopping, etc. Also, the bluetooth is TOUCHY if there's any other bt device anywhere. It won't sync, and I often have to re-pair the vivofit with my phone (not the phone's fault, which is what I had originally assumed). HOWEVER, it's so comfortable (I have removed it once for a massage since I put it on a month ago) that I would really like to give it 4.5 stars, only taking off 1/2 star for not always crediting me when I think it should.

Reviewed a lot of bands before purchasing the Vivofit. I wasn't interested in tons of features, just wanted a step counter with time & date, however this band does have additional features. Vivofit had excellent reviews regarding step counting accuracy which was #1 for me & it has proven to be very accurate. I was so tired of wearing a waistband pedometer & with the Vivofit I forget I'm wearing it. My only complaint is that the wristband is difficult to secure.

This fitness band is exactly what my wife was looking for. I got it for her birthday and she loves it. It has all the features of competing brands at a better price than many of them. Highly recommend!

I like the fact that the watch is built in feature, so I do not need to have both a watch and a fitness device. It is easy to setup and monitor my daily progress. It is also smart enough to not be fooled by just shaking my arm. The design is also sleek.

I bought this because I wanted an activity tracker that didn't require charging. I like how I can wear it all the time--I wear it to the beach, to exercise, to work. No problem so far with getting it wet. It doesn't count all my steps depending on what kind of exercise I'm doing. Jumping exercises don't get any "credit". However I get lots of extra steps when I brush my teeth or do other non-exercise activities that require a lot of arm movement. Overall I'm not that bothered by it because I figure I do those things daily, I can still compare my activity level to the previous days.

I love this product because it keeps my everyday routine in track and let me knows what's going with my health and other stuff. I consider it a very helpful tool and I would definitely recommend it to everybody that is interested to start training and keep track of things.

This is easy to use and does exactly what you would expect. The best function is the the step tracking and the app allows you to account for calories that you have consumed each day. The only problem my wife had with this product is the website periodically goes down and doesn't allow her to download her data for that day. Other than that it's good to have.

I bought the Vivofit after returning a Fitbit I got as a gift. I need to wear a watch at work and the Fitbit didn't have a time display. I've had several people notice the "cool looking watch" I now have. I have found that the pedometer/distance function is fairly accurate based on known walking distances. The on-line interface is good and the daily step goal changes so you have something to work toward that is reasonable based on your past performance. Tracking calories requires that you sign up for another program, which I have not done. The sleep function in interesting, but I have not decided how to interpret the results. I have not tried the phone interface. My wish list would include an alarm function on the band to make it more "watch like". Overall, like most of these devices, it kind of a little gimmick to keep you moving. This one has the advantage of being a decent looking watch.

I like my vivo fitness band. Easy to link. Have the Fitbit one and always had trouble with it letting know when battery was low until it was completely dead etc. Like this one so much more.

Easy to use, very comfortable to wear. Tracks steps accurately.

Overall I am very happy with the Garmin Vivofit. It was easy to set up and works great. It's also very easy to sync your data with your phone or PC and there are a wealth of options available to use with the data from the vivofit. The only complaint I have, and it is a small one is that you can't see the screen at night there is not a backlight .

The Garmin connect software was easy to install on my laptop but not on my iPhone. The one issue I've had is with the Sync. Sometimes it will say that it sync'd but then no steps updated and it's taken up to 4 tries at times. Overall I'm happy with it.

This fitness band has been a great product! Garmin recently updated their tracking app and that has been a great improvement! The band is comfy and seems to be relatively accurate. It has been a great product and a great value!

This is a really good fitness band. I have it linked to "My Fitness Pal" and it is helping me keep track of my sleep and movement and calories! Also love that I found it in purple. Love that it also doubles as a watch!
