It also, even the small band, was too wide for my wrist. I have since purchased a Fit Flex, which works great, and was definitely more suited to my needs. I returned the Garmin.

Does not sync with this app either. After using a competitor's product for several months and becoming dissatisfied with the performance of that product, I bought the vivofit for my wife and I ignoring the reviews. Listen to the reviews. This product is not recommended if reliability is important to you.

Myfitnesspal has a setting for partner adjustments (adjust your calories on Garmin Connect Mobile) this can be found on their website at settings>Dairy Settings> Enable Negative Adjustments.

On the drive back to our home the next day, it counted just about every single bump in the road from central to southern California. I was hoping to get an accurate picture of my daily routine and track my exercise. I wanted some proof to show my doctor I've been trying when it comes time for my recommendation for bariatric surgery. This will be going back to the store tomorrow. Neat concept but not worth it in the long run when my iPhone can do the same thing for free.

Then I replaced it under warranty and the next one started spontaneously rebooting. Now Garmin support won't even answer my emails. One of the most disappointing purchases I've made.
