Posted .We are sorry to hear your Garmin vívofit Fitness band did not record your steps correctly and the Move Bar was not resetting when it should. Your device is designed to records steps when it detects natural arm movement. However if your device continues to not work properly we would encourage you to use the information from the Garmin FAQ link/URL below.

Also, is recommend to ensure your device is running the most current version of it software. Software updates are completed through a free Garmin program called Garmin Express, which can be downloaded from www.garmin.com/express. Checked out all the other "fitness trackers" out there and found this to suit her needs the best without breaking the bank. Bought it during the black Friday sale and saved a ton. Would not have bought it at regular price which is ridiculously high concidering what this really is, a glorified heart rate monitor. Anyway, she's happy, I'm happy.
