I got this for my kid to use, she is into fitness and sees her mom with a similar watch. This has motivated her to move and "workout" more.

Too new to tell yet. Hoping it’s a good choice for a nine year old

This Garmin met and exceeded expectations for my granddaughter's gift. She and her parents are able to set reminders, goals, and discuss their achievement. It's been great!

Great product for kids, Fitbits version has less features and they make it difficult to set up an account for kids, thus Garmin is the winner. I have 3 kids with these.

Bought for a 4 year old to setup potty and bed time reminders. She loves telling us what time it is. The best part is the fact that it's not a distraction to her.

My daughter loves it. Only issue is that it does not illuminate. Also the sleep tracker is not great, but other than that, a great watch for a kid.

This watch allows my daughter to keep track of her steps, active time, and even chores. I recommend this watch for any parent of elementary age kids.

This is the third Garmin vivofit junior watch style I have bought for a first grader. The only problem is she wants to wear all three at once!

My child loves this watch and likes to earn points. This watch just makes chores a little fun for him.

This is the second one of these we've bought. My older son's has been wonderful. Now his brother will have one too!

Our daughter was very excited to get this for her birthday. She loves reaching her activity goals every day and is excited about doing them.

My sons watch died in less than 4 months. I brought it into best buy and was told they would exchange it for a new one which they did not have in store but could order and have it delivered to my home. I purchased the 2 year warranty in addition to the watch since kids will be kids. Well, even though it was at no fault of my child, but a defect to the watch, I was told that I owed another $20 for a new warranty. So the watch had a defect and I end up having to cash in my warranty and pay for a new one?!?!?! That is absolutely ridiculous. I know if it were a fault of mine then it would make sense, but not for something that was out of my control. I am furious and did not take the $20 additional warranty again.

It does what is advertised. Not recommended for children under 5 yrs unless you can convince them to keep it on.

Kid loves it but she says the band gets uncomfortable and we have problems connecting to phone sometimes.

Works good, seems sturdy and appears to be built kid proof. My son likes the spider man design and he remembers to keep it on himself.

My little girl loves this and it helps us track her activity to a certain extent. She loves the design as she loves everything Disney.

Our family all bought fitbits and our 4 yr old granddaughter wanted one to join in on the weekly family challenges. She wears it all the time.

We got some use out if this but the batter is now dead, just under 9 months of use
