The crew cam in they were so knowledgeable, so quick and polite it was so easy such a breeze

my installers insured i had all the parts that i needed. it was a floor model and he still made sure it worked properly and all parts were not missing.

Kind of disappointed that I was missing some parts but spoke to the manager and was given one and ordered the other!

We had our range delivered and installed. It was quick and easy. No issues with the crew who installed it.

Add the stove installed this past week. Appears to be a solid product the look and the quality feel and ease of control is much superior than my previous stove. And looking forward to experiencing the convection oven a little as well. The grill came pre-used it appeared as they were all stains spots and other debris on it. Sad. I hope Best Buy and GE in a position to send a replacement and contact me about the griddle. Should Best Buy and GE respond I’ll be sure to update this review to reflect a more positive response to keep other potential buyers equally informed so they don’t have the same issue.

Delivery was perfect. Removed and took away old range and hooked up new one.

We were impressed with the professionalism of the installers. Took time to do things right and explained everything when they were done.

Most of my installs by Best Buy have gone smoothly, and it takes the liability off of my crew.

My range was installed with no problems. One guy did it all: removed range, installed new one including elevating to be even with countertop.

While the first installer (who also delivered the gas range) was unfortunately unfriendly and incompetent, with the help of Best Buy’s call center and the second installation team, our new gas range was finally installed properly and commissioned. Since most “appliance stores” (such as Best Buy) utilize a “third party” for delivery and installation, this may be the weakest link in their supply chain particularly if you are converting from an electric appliance to a gas appliance. So pls. pay special attention to this.

Best Buy’s install team came as scheduled. Easy and fast install and took the old one away. Very polite and knowledgeable.

There was a problem with the delivery of the stove, but the service people handled the problem immediately and a replacement was gotten with in the week.

The installer made certain that there were no leaks on the gas line. They cleaned up after the install and took the box. Very orofessional.

Stove arrived but they refused to install it because there was a wood platform that needed to be removed. Also would not take the old stove away.

Your new stove needs to be equipped with an anti-tip mechanism to keep your family safe. These guys are speedy and efficient.

Why go through the hessal to install when Geek Squad can do it for you for a very small price. Highly recommend to use Geek to do the installation.
