    So I understand that this is a subbed out part of BestBuy. Well, the guy didn't call ahead like he said he would. This is a pet peeve of mine. I then, when he called, I told him I was on my way. Got there in 5 minutes flat. But he already left. He said something about a re-schedule. But I thought he said we were scheduled. Then he hung up on me. Kinda rude. He spoke broken English. Anyway, we rescheduled and it's all good now. I just hate when they don't call ahead even though they say they will.

    Our old GE range was flush to the wall but our new appliance is about 4 inches out from the wall - We need to get a plumber to complete the installation to our satisfaction.

    the installers were terrible they banged up my new stove and they did not install it they said they had the wrong hose, so my wife went back to the store and it was the right one the installers were trying to use the wrong connection, so when I got home I installed the stove, myself terrible experience installers that don't know how to install
