    The stove was delivered and unable to be installed because of the spring valve attached to our gas line in the kitchen. Ball valve required but not communicated at any point. Stove sat outside for a week while I had to figure out how to change out the valve on my own. Final install left the stove unlevel'ed. Spent a whole morning a week later trying to manipulate it alone.
