    my first stove was drop during deliver so they order me another one which I had to wait after Christmas to get it

    No stars! This was a nightmare! Delivery men refused to install gas range; said did not have liability coverage. Led to believe someone else was coming out to install same day; but told installation wouldn't happen for 9 days later. They took our old range, that worked and left an uninstalled range that didn't work. Kept calling to get info on who was coming to install and got run around. Was told needed to call store directly and every time I did it went back to the same call center. Third party contractor, Carlos Santos, knew no one was coming to connect stove same night but led us to believe there was. We were without means to cook for several days! Told my hairdresser about my experience and she had similar experience with washer/dryer installation! Wanted to send range back and buy new one anywhere else but Best Buy. Will think long and hard before I purchase anything from Best Buy.

    Smells like gas all the time, and also didn’t give me one of my racks from my oven. Also scratched my floor.

    I was disappointed as they never installed the tip mechanism, and never removed the old one. They just put the stove over the top of the old one.
